I ordered a mobile order today and when I went to pick it up the workers said they accidentally gave it to a delivery driver somehow.. but wouldn’t remake my food or give me a refund even though I had the receipt on my app. So I left with no food and no refund and no answers on how to get a refund. This location essentially stole from me and acted as I was the uneducated one when they gave a families meal to someone else without checking the persons app to confirm. This food isn’t cheap either. This is so unacceptable and unprofessional.

So I usually always come here. I bypass the nasty unprofessional atmosphere all the time, but TODAY! Smh my husband did an online order for the Chicken Bacon Ranch (which they always forget the bacon and I have to remind them every time!). I waited minutes after it said it should be ready, go in there and our sandwiches weren’t made. The lady employee looked like she had an attitude when I asked about it. She mumbled something but I couldn’t really hear her so I just sat and waited thinking they were too busy and hadn’t made it yet. After waiting for 5 minutes and see that she was cleaning and not making our food, I was like so what’s the hold up? She then responds “I told you we’re out of the chicken for that sandwich and only have chicken strips.” Like had she said that from the beginning I wouldn’t have just sat there. Needless to say, I walked out with nothing and had the order voided. So done with them.

I hope corporate office sees this an or the GM any higher up management im so sick of the night shift I usually try to go in the mornings thats when theres someone in the actual store working an not all of the employees outside smoking weed wearing dirty bonnets an looking a hot mess an the reason for my complaint im able to use my coupon thw heffa with the bonnet had denied me 2 times this was the last I will not be back in there to see her ugly face ill stick to my morning shift its just so crazy how im told it doesnt work an I havent had a problem woth anyone else I dont believe it an she needs to get taking care of if anyone had a corporate office number an or email please post it that store is ridiculous well the workers

This store should be shut down. The manager is never there to deal with complaints or refuses to deal with them, they ALWAYS get my orders wrong when ordering online, and with grub hub I sometimes don’t even get my order. I still get charged, but I don’t get what I ordered. I will never order subway again thanks to this store (store number 7580-0).

TRASH. RUDE. DIRTY. STUNK. NO SOAP IN BATHROOM. Roaches in the bathroom. Didn't have steak. Didn't have wheat bread. Didn't have olives or jalapenos. Ice machine didn't work. Absolutely disgusting business.

I just drove from central Florida and stopped at this amazing Subway. The bread was soft and tasty, the meats were perfect, and the cheese was soft. This was one of the best subway subs I've EVER had. Every employee there today was great and helpful from the second I walked in with the hello.
This is what subways are supposed to be like. Maybe more stores could take after this one.
