Waited 10 minutes behind 1 other couple to order. The couple in front walked out, I asked the ladies behind the counter of they were taking orders.. she flipped up a list over a foot long of tickets on the register and didn't say anything.. the couple in front of us was still in the parking lot and said they never even acknowledge them, they didn't is either... pathetic.
12:45 pm on labor day.

This location has terrible staff. They are rude…never friendly and actually want to work. Like to say no to everything. Told me they did not want to make cookies until 4 at 3:30 pm. Then Said actually make that 5:00pm. No reason except lazy. No sweet tea most of the time. If you ask them why they tell you they do not have any…but reality is they do not want to make any. Bad vibe every time I visit this location.

Came in today at 11:35, and was told that we would have to wait to place order for 30+ mins because the bread was hot. The Ladies behind the counter needed a translation app to be able to communicate with customers. I don't understand why we would have to wait 30 minutes for Bread to cool. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of

The ladies barely understand English not friendly at all. They make the sandwiches with the cheese at the bottom and the meat on top. They say that's how they were trained. Sorry I like my sandwiches the regular way. Presentation is everything. Subway they are ruining the brand. I will never go back.
