My in store pick up order was already picked up when my bf got there to pick it up. He was informed that someone came in and showed them my name and address as a delivery pick up. I live 3 to 5 min away, 15 minutes after he got to store there was nothing delivered. After I send him my email confirmation the manager does finally pull up my order and remakes it, which was delicious other than lacking some on the sauce. They did the right thing by remaking it, but arguing with my bf for 10 to 15 minutes seems outrageous to me. If you accidentally mixed it up with a drive thru order, no big deal. Own up to it and remake it. Don't tell us it's been picked up and should be on its way bc here it is 30 minutes later and no one has delivered the order. So we either have a dishonest delivery driver or a dishonest employee. Either way the issue was resolvable. I just wish it wouldn't have taken so much to get the order redone. But thank you to the manager for redoing my order, regardless of how the mistake happen.
Placed an order on the app for pickup around 9pm with the app saying that they wouldn't accept orders after 9:30. Placed my order on the app recieved updates that the order was in progress and it would be ready to pickup at 9:25, i arrived at the store when it said my order was ready and the store was closed, the hours online and on the door of the store said they were open until 10pm.

Bad service and they also have the meat station covered so that customers do not see it when it has to be visible so that customers can choose their meat according to how the service looks because if it is covered it is because it is somewhat suspicious that the meat may be mixed with other meat, it has to be left visible so that customers have better service and can choose the meat they want.

Good sandwiches
It is a subway like any other but in my sandwich today I found a hair, there the workers do not wear any type of hat so that these things do not happen

Subway is trash now. They doubled their price and their quality has went way down. Their food is not fresh and their sandwiches are skimpy. How does this chain stay in business? By chargin, you ten dollars for a five dollar sandwich. Just go to jersey mike's or jimmy john's.

The guy there was really creepy and only staring at my friend (mind you she's 16 dude look like he's in he's late 30s) and the guy wasn't wearing gloves and my friend and I ended up getting

The place has been completely remodeled. It looks very welcoming and clean.I had teriyaki chicken on wheat 12” sub. The bread was fresh and hot and the sub was juicy.Service is prompt and no frills.
