Ordered 2 footlongs off the app, and ordered them non-toasted. When I picked them up I went to a table to check them b4 I left (as I always do), and it felt and looked as if the subs were lightly toasted. Took them up to the clerk and said I didn’t want them toasted in any way. She said they weren’t, but as you can see, the toast marks say different.
First and last time I come here. I advise going to the National Turnpike location. It’s just 5 mins away and they actually follow directions.

Horrible service and they charge 1.75 per slice of pepperoni. Never going there again. Spent over 30.00 for two people to eat. Taking advantage of a teenager is not ok, when you say they are extra you as an employee should tell the amount who would pay 10.00 dollars extra for four pepperoni's. Tell all teenagers to watch this place and also anyone that will be eating there period. They have lost our business as a family.

Clerk was very impatient. Interrupting me several times while trying to get my elderly neighbors order together. When preparing sandwich she messed up order of items and instead of disposing properly she returned back to respective tubs on bar causing cross contamination. Service felt rushed when no one else was in line. Would not recommend.

The young Asian female charged me triple the price on the combo and I never received a receipt. It dawned on me that the girl asked for a tip when I was checking out and she seemed upset; what she didn't know is that I put cash tip when she wasn't looking.

I have bought subs in there many a times on my way out of Walmart to bring home. Always friendly staff and they keep it nice and clean. Subs are usually pretty good. Great service and it doesn't take long to get your food.

I stopped in the Subway on Outer Loop to grab a sandwich before heading home. The service was not great and I think he was literally afraid he may actually put some meat on the sandwich! Lol I watched as he ‘rationed’ the remaining ingredients. I asked for more tomato, he put one more slice on. He then ‘rationed’ the oil and vinegar! I got the sandwich home and opened the wrapper. Pitiful!!! I won’t go back. I basically had bread with onions! Lol pitiful. And I love the homemade sign that states they do not accept any Subway coupons. Oh and I was the only customer.
