My husband works at the UPS store next to this location and often eats here for lunch. He always tells me the staff are so nice here, store is very clean and the food is always really fresh.

The "WORST" customer service I've EVER experienced!!! The man and woman who was working in there yesterday evening, treated me with such RUDENESS and DISRESPECT! They literally kept talking about me and laughing at me right in front of my face the WHOLE TIME they were making my subs. I've been to so many different Subways over the past years, and I have NOT EVER been treated like this. This is the ONLY Subway I see that clearly does NOT know how to be professional and treat their customers. It was beyond RIDICULOUS. Looking back, I really wish I would have just walked out and went somewhere else, but being on my lunch break, I was in a rush to get back to work. So to these two workers I'm referring to, SHAME ON YOU!!!

Got my order wrong, prices are higher than normal, skimps on the meats, don’t accept coupons that were sent out or promo codes. Etc. too much gone wrong in one visit to go back here. Was bad enough my order was wrong and I had to go back to get a different sub, my FOOTLONG subway club only had 3 pieces of turkey and ham total on my sub. Might of well have got a veggie sandwich. To make matters worse the sub cost $14?! Never again will I be back.

I tried to ignore the nastiness from one specific woman there, but it’s so annoying. She’s very abrupt and rude, will talk in her native language while scanning you with her bug eyes. The man who I believe is the owner is so nice and very courteous and so is the newer woman. I believe the previous bad reviews are about the same woman. Be nicer girl we are just paying customers.

Walking in it took 5 mins for me to be able to place my order with no other customer's in the store because the 2 people behind the counter were talking to each other. When I finally did get service the person behind the counter was really rude asking what I wanted. I ordered a 6 inch meatball sub for my daughter because it's her favorite and made a special trip for it. When asked what type of bread they took a footlong piece of bread cut 4 inches off to make my sub and slammed 4 meatballs on it! I was completely disgusted at this point and paid the 6 inch price and walked out without speaking my mind not to disappoint my daughter. Avoid this restaurant at all cost it has completely turned me off of subway and wished I would have just walked away after they finished making the sub because of the rude experience and how they cheat their customer's. If I could give this place negative stars it would be minus 3 ? !

There are two young ladies that work there, one in particular has a very nasty attitude towards woman? I thought it was just me she was nasty to, when I went in with some Co workers. But on a separate occasion I put in one order for a friend. At that time there was a family and separate couple in front of me. She was nasty to all of the females, very curt, not smiling, snappy acting just not pleasant at all. Anyway I said to myself I'll just give her a tip, maybe that will make her feel better...I told her I gave her a tip. She made a weird face and said ok, as I was walking away she told the other girl " I don't know why they always think WE need tips...then they proceeded to laugh. I will never go there, ever again. EVER ?

This place is elegant with an awesome vibe. Absolutely amazing! The service was speedy and staff are super friendly. We went for dinner and the food was delicious. The place was clean and smelled good. Everything about this restaurant was great. This lone visit has made this one of my favorite spots within.I highly recommend it!!!

So the service was fine, but my disappointment with this location is how skimpy they are. I ordered a six inch tuna. She put 2 of the smallest scoops I have ever seen on it. I asked for another scoop and am perfectly willing to pay extra. Has subway started using a smaller scoop? I could barely taste the tuna on my sandwich. I will not be back to this location.
