My first time going to this location. I went there with a coupon. Turns out they don't accept coupons. The $4 sandwich was then $9 for a 6" sub, and then they also asked for a tip on the card reader. I'll just go to the one down the street from now on that accepts coupons and doesn't demand a tip for making a mediocre sandwich. Thanks for the $10, 6" sub.

Second time I get bad attitude from lady the works there, first time because she was eating and get up to make sandwiches without washing her hands and I ask her to put gloves and she responded I did wash them on the back but doubt it she come out to quick to prepare sandwich, and today 1/11/24 she cut my sandwich with a knife with mayonnaise which I don’t like and I ask her did you clean the knife and she replied we don’t clean the knives unless customer ask before and I was speechless, really! And she call me rude only because I ask to use a clean knife. What I’d someone it’s allergic to some foods what then!

We were searching for a Subway in the area and went to Yelp. I first went to the one on Shelbyville Road but realized it was in Walmart and didn't want the hassle of parking - so I found this one not far away. The sandwiches are always good at Subway and this one was as good as the others. The people behind the counter were very helpful and very attentive to my order. I tried the new Hotshot Italiano and was very happy with it. My wife got her usual tuna and was very pleased with it.
I walked in and walked right back out the door. Overpriced! No coupons accepted!
