Greedy franchise of Subway doesn’t accept the coupons that Subway mails out (yes mailed out to my address, like the literally actual mail and this Subway is my closest.) So I was put on the spot since I wasn’t sure what to order. The worker who I assume was the owner or manager was impatient. They also had a tip jar sitting up. So on top of bait and switch with the coupons. They charge ridiculous prices and they have a tip jar sitting out. The nerve.
Hopefully the owners aren’t pocketing the tips.

When my order through the app says I want herb & cheese bread I don't like finding a flatbread wrap after I get home. 🙄 At least the sandwich was built right even if it was half of what I was expecting.

So I get coupons in the mail so I’m thinking times are tough so I decided to used them. And when I get there they don’t take them but sure has tip jar there

I ordered online and not only did they confirm my order manually but manually pressed “order complete” and when my husband got there to pick it up they said they were closed…… so I guess my $25 is just gone now? What is going on here? I’m def reporting to proper authorities you can steal peoples money like that. And they don’t even close until 10 yet it was 7pm

This is the worst subway I've ever been to the manager was very rude to everyone he did not explain his that he took coupons but he did not explain how the coupons worked in his store would not recommend eating at this Subway ever

I was in the middle of ordering 3 subs when a fly landed on one of them. I told the man making my sub a fly has landed on my sub in hopes he would start over but his response was, “It’s no big deal. We have flies.” Then he proceeded to shrug his shoulders 🤮. I just turned and walked out. He told me don’t come back but he doesn’t have to worry lol I’ll never be back.

i always come here to buy pizza because i like it and its good, well, sometimes i know they talking about me in their language but all good, i don’t pay too much attention to that, today i bought another pizza and when i was about to finish it there was a hair on it, i told him “there is a hair on my pizza” like 2 times, then he said “that’s not big deal and next time don’t come here”

No customer service what so ever. Barely spoke to me. Then i asked for my sandwich which i am about to pay $15 to be toasted and the gentleman said no those aren’t toasted. Wait what? Why not? I got one a few days ago on DD which came from another place and it was toasted. I literally don’t eat at Subway anymore bc this is the closest to me and they suck so bad I’d rather not eat there then go get it from this store.
