This is the best subway in Louisville. The sandwiches are always amazing and fresh everytime we come here. Love the staff specially Tushar is very kind and helpfull. Thank you for all your hardwork! ???

at first it was fine. but then the bathrooms are locked so we have to ask and they were very rude about unlocking the bathroom. then the girl who checked us out didnt listen when we said 2 combos and 1 drink (didnt want chips) and they only gave us 2 drinks and when asked why there was only 2 drinks she snarkily said “you only ordered 2 drinks.” and then charged us for HER MISTAKE! and then we wanted cookies after so i went to go get some and the same girl checked me out and told me my total in a very rude manner. not to mention, i havent been to subway in quite some time so i didnt know that they changed the menu and you have to use the item number on the menu instead of being able to say what you usually got. they are rude

Very clean store. Sub’s were awesome. The wife and I got the BMT’s with some cookies to finish it out nicely. One of the best Subway’s in the area. Spanish is spoken here as well so it’s accessible to all. Great job team!

This is the best subway in Louisville!Our sandwichs are always fresh and delicious! The orders are always correct each time! No complaints for this particular store! ? ? We come to this location once a week, and we love it so much! Keep up the good service guys the store owner should be proud of these employees at this store. ? ?

The last 3 visits have had significant issues with pickup orders. Toppings have had a wildly varying range for the less, normal, and more options. 3 slices of pepper on a foot long when selected for more, soaking in mayo for less, not toasted, wrong bread, and not getting +50% meat. Worse than not getting the extra meat is finding out you were given less than the normal amount.

Yesterday I went there to get a salad with ham cheese black olive tomatoes and wS charged 7.99 for 2 pieces of ham cheese and tomatoes with ranch dressing poured on top no salad..... really 7.99 ! Omg never again what a rip off! Didn't see it til I got to
