I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast flatbread last week on the app. I get there, get it home. There’s nothing but vegetables on the flatbread. I take it back in there. She’s looking at me like she don’t understand me because she doesn’t and then when I finally get through to her what I’m saying she says well boss didn’t bring eggs. We have no eggs. OK then you should’ve called me and told me that you can’t just give me what you want. And then I know why she didn’t call me because she can’t because I don’t think she speaks English well or understands it apparently. She understood me when I said give me my money back. I went against my judgment and ordered on the app again today, asked for extra oregano on my sandwich. I get there and leave. There’s extra Parmesan cheese on the sandwich. The same lady so there’s no point in even going back in there because she can’t understand what I’m saying to her and put gently she doesn’t understand what she’s reading either.
I asked for my sandwich to be toasted (TWICE) and they still failed to toast my sandwich…. I did not and will not be asking them a third time.
Rude, Nasty and Hateful! They need to close their doors if they can’t figure out how to treat people. Their food taste like it’s been sitting out for days, it’s not that clean in the building and you probably won’t have a good experience with anyone that works in there. If I could give no stars that’s what they’d have. Do yourself a favor and go the extra mile down the road to the other location. It’s night and day.
It's a shame that you have to repeat your sandwich order 2 or 3 times and they still get it wrong ordered BMT lettuce tomato and banana peppers and provolone cheese,I received BMT lettuce tomato green pepper onion and has no cheese will never visit again and I'll make sure to let as many ppl know😡
Ordered a sub with meat , bacon , cheese, alot of pickles , mayo, and toasted.
Got a sub with barely any meat, burnt bacon, lettuce!?! , no cheese, 3 pickles, and a drop of mayo , and over baked bread.. worst 15$ ever spent!!!!!! Usually happy with this subway, but highly disappointed.

today, I ordered number 23 off the drive thru menu. It was supposed to be a hot spicy Italian type sandwich. When I got home and opened the bag with my sandwich, it was not anything like what I ordered. It smelled like tuna fish. I am not sure what it was. I do not eat or like tuna at all.
Of course, I couldn't eat the sandwich so I gave it to my granddaughter. It was a 12 inch sandwich and she only managed to eat about 1/5 th .
I called the Subway shop and spoke to the manager. I told her what had happened with my order. I asked if she could replace my sandwich. I was told that the only way that could happen was if I brought the incorrect sandwich (which was in the garbage can) and my receipt back to the store. I said you mean I have to dig the remainder of the sandwich from the garbage. She said yes, she has to have both the sandwich and receipt before she can remake my sandwich.
So, I decided I was NOT going to get the incorrect sandwich out of the garbage and drive back to her store. I spent $19 dollars and change for the sandwich, chips and a drink.
I regret I hung up on her, but only after she said she couldn't help me unless I brought the sandwich from the garbage.
I will not return to this Subway store in Valley Station. I feel I should have been offered some other option. She never even apologized for the mistake. Very poor service today.
Don’t get their $3.00 pretzel. Stale stale stale. Called back spoke to manager told me baked fresh every day and I didn’t eat it soon enough??? I tried to eat within 15 minutes. Hard as a rock. She told me bring back up there which I cannot do today. Very argumentative and quite rude. Put me on hold so long I had to call back x 3. I won’t be going back and I would advise you not to either.

Had it two days in a row and both times were a huge disappointment. Yesterday the Indian lady gave me change and looked at me while I was looking at it wondering where my change was, then she said “oh I owe you 60 cents sir I’m so sorry.” Why cheat someone over something so little? Ask and most people will gladly donate to you. Then today I asked for my sandwich toasted, it wasn’t. Asked for American cheese but apparently that means no cheese. And asked for black pepper but no salt, it tastes extra salty. Don’t go through their drive thru you’re better off going inside and watching them make it. Can’t help but think they did it on purpose.

Second time I've ordered thru the drive thru. My sandwich was all bread, with mayo and pickle. The girl at the windows didn't look old enough to drive but why can't the management train these girls to make a sandwich and about proportions and this is not the first time..

The girls that were working yesterday that came from the greenbelt store were very helpful and very sweet. Would definitely order again if she was there.

I haven't been here in quite some time but it doesn't surprise me that they are failing. The drive thru system is a joke. "Wait here until we finish making subs for all the customers in the store and then we'll get to you". The last time I came here I pulled off because they expected me to sit there for ages as if the food is worth waiting for half an hour. Then when I voice my frustration and pull off I get some ugly heffer shaking her fist at me from the drive thru window. I hope this place closes and we get something better. Until then don't waste your time.
