Very polite and got it right how I wanted it made. Dressing on the side.
Found a long black hair in my sandwich š¤¢, tried calling the store for a refund. No answer after 11 calls. Tried contacting customer serviceā¦no response.
Ordered the lowest calorie options, they overloaded the cheese and meats which threw off the calorie count. Ends of sandwich always burnt because they no longer offer flatbread. Oh and to top it off, canāt understand the people who work there and this inedible sandwich was $13 without any add-ons.

Playing loud music from cell phones from behind the counter.
Canāt even put the phone down long enough to hand me my receipt without fumbling around with it for five extra seconds.

I showed up to get a sandwich and on the prep table as they were setting my bread down was just a cockroach running around. The worker tried to grab it but instead it ran and hid somewhere in the prep table
This is usually my favorite one but today we went in and I don't ever get my subs toasted got 3 today I wanted them to heat the meats got home š they didn't have any of the meats heated.no one spoke English we had been there 3 days ago and they were perfect but today it was awful

Just left after having a horrible experience at the Valley location. The young man that helped me was very polite and got everything right, even gave me a coupon. Thank you for making my bad experience with the previous location a better one!

THIS SUBWAY TOASTER BEEN BROKEN FOR MONTHS UNFORTUNATELY THE OWNER AND OR MANAGER DOESNT WANT TO PURCHASE A NEW TOASTER! THEY HEAT $5 COOKIES UP IN MICROWAVE, STEAK/BEEF HAS TO BE HEATED IN MICROWAVE AND SUBWAY CHEESE ISNT FULY MELTED ON SANDWICH SMH
This location keeps getting worse and worse. This visit was considerably worse than any previous visits and will be my last.
Their were 2 employees working, neither of which could communicate in English. Which made ordering difficult to say the least. They had not been properly trained and were making the sandwiches incorrectly, which I could not explain to the employees... The tried to do the best they could, but the communication issue was too great. The tried to taost the sandwich, but the toaster was broken or not working correctly as the cheese wasn't even melted on sandwiches. Out of cheese, no cookies and limited chips.... And they weren't busy. I was only customer, which based on my experience.... I understand why.
Ordered on application 2 footlongs app said it was completed at 645 time I picked arrived at 650 had to wait until 720 before it was finished I said app said it was ready worker said I'm working on it their probably timed once they get orders so they hit a button saying completed bread was hard and stale definitely last time I come to this place
The ladies that we working behind the counter didnāt know the menu at all and kept asking what to put on our sandwiches. They called us bad and inappropriate names in Spanish and didnāt think we could hear or understand them. Our sandwiches were also not toasted and instead placed in the oven without toasting them properly. SUPER disappointed and wouldnāt recommend this Subway to anyone!

Absolutely ridiculous! Do not go here. The two employees could not speak/understand English. I ordered the new chicken salad that they supposedly "brought back". I used to always get chicken salad back in the day; it was my favorite sandwich. The lady gave me dried of pieces of rotisserie chicken...no chicken salad. I asked three times for the chicken salad and she insisted it was this pieces of chicken...no mayo, nothing. There was absolutely no tea made. It has plastic in the container like it was freshly made so I bought a drink. I don't like anything carbonated. Went to get some tea and it's dry, never even made.... granted, it was 1:30. So now I have a dried chicken sandwich and no drink. š¤¦š¼āāļø Just, please, go to another Subway. This one used to be great when Jay was the owner. I have no clue what is going on now.

The clerk was rude, did not have fixing for Italian sub, or mozzarella cheese for a meat ball sub. What a waste of time and money.
