Laziest workers in the city. I live right next to this subway. They have only answered the drive thru once in two years and it was when a worker from another subway was in shop. If you ask them why they’ll say they’re busy but they’re just standing around playing with their weave and or on their phones.

Needs a complete overhaul or to be shutdown. I would be embarrassed to work here.

Apparently they don't do double meat on sandwiches anymore even though ive gotten in that way the past 4 years I've been coming. Always out of product. Staff is untrained and unfriendly. Lost a customer

Had 3 clerks working stood there for 5 minutes They were two busy to acknowledge that we were standing there no on in front of us. All they were concerned with was the online ordering. So we left. Will take business elsewhere.

Ordered online and set it up for pick up at 745....its currently 8 and they are working on the order. The app says that it was ready a little after 745....so apparently they are clicking complete just so they don't get in trouble. Beware if you have a mobile order, I guess best to order in person at this site. I won't worry about ordering from here. I'm hoping they at least get my order together before 815...

I got 2 pizzas and one sub but they only delivered one pizza and the sub and I called and called but they crept telling me call back in 30 minutes and I gave up and they never gave me my money back terrible customer service. And the pizza was basically sauce and I ordered it with extra cheese.
