Ordered 2 sandwiches via DoorDash 1.5 hours before closing time. Both sandwiches were missing ingredients, not toasted, wrapped poorly, not cut in half. Etc. The BLT was missing almost all the ingredients including most of the bacon. Also received the wrong drinks.

Basically paid for a bread sandwich. Very skimpy with meat and fixings. I have been to several subways and feel that I got what I paid for. This is not one of them

It was clean but they refused to take coupons and I had to sit there order online to get the discount. Even though the coupon said good in store. The owner couldn't follow the directions printed on the receipt on how to make the sandwiches and which veggies to add. I had to ask 3 times NOT to toast my bread. The ingredients seemed fresh but poor service just kills a business.

Neelima, provided outstanding service, she was very helpful with all questions and very quick with getting my order together. Amazing worker, I wish all subways had an employee like her!
Upon receiving my food one of the younger workers was a complete jerk which made my experience horrible. After unwrapping my food I discovered the bread was very very stale. The bread was hard couldn’t even eat the sandwich. Make sure to check your sandwich before you leave.

Apple Maps and Google Maps says they're open, the store sign says it's open, I walk in at 12:10am and the franchisee/employee says they're closed
Service was great but the quality could really improve. I try the Egg & Cheese wrap all the time but the quality isn't too consistent to my liking :(

Hello,Crystal is an amazing employee. She remembers regular customers orders and is very pleaseant. However, every week when I go in she is by herself. She will have more than one customer in line an a ton of online orders. She tries her best to get everyone out the door in a timely manner, however I have witnessed customers leaving because of the time it takes for her to get to them. I have seen online customers get mad because their orders are not ready when they come to pick up. This is unacceptable for one person to man this store with the volume of customers she has. I would understand if this was every once and a while, but this has been every week that I have been going in there that she is by herself. Management needs to step up, if they don't have the help, they need to be in there working. Just normal business practice.

Took 1 bite of my sub and had to pick it apart to find out what the absolute vile taste was. It was the banana peppers. I love banana peppers on my sub but they were so disgusting it made the sub inedible. Really just don’t want to go back through the school line just to get there for another sub without it. When you call this location im pretty sure it goes to somebodies personal cell phone because ol dude answered and just said “Hello” and when I asked like is this a corporate number why did you answer like that he sais “yeah corporate answers like that” On top of that the ambience of being in the building itself is depressing. No music. Kind of a warm musk in the air. I’m not a picky person in fact I’ll eat almost anything. For something to be inedible to me truely has to be inedible.

Barely any meat on sub. Fans blow your sandwich wrapper in your face. A lot of the fountain drinks were out. Tables were dirty.
