I went in for lunch on 01/21/2025 the 2 young ladies that were working was so amazing and polite. They seem to love their job and had a smile on their face when they were talking. Lots of eye contact and just great overall experience. You do not see young people: teenagers greeting and being happy to be working to often. If you want that type of service go to this Subway. I am driving across town 🚗 to get my wrap #45 all because of the experience. Great job ladies👏🏽👏🏽💪🏾👊🏾🫶🏽

When I walked in, wasn’t greeted by anyone because the boy and girl were too busy playing in the back. Perhaps, you all need better supervision of your employees. The young guy walked out followed by the girl with this smirk on his face. One can only imagine the dealings they were having in the back. How disgusting!! My food was made, but I didn’t finish it and left. These kids have ZERO work ethic! Please DO BETTER!!

The two girls working at 2pm on Nov 17th were undoubtedly the worst customer experience I’ve ever had here. They didn’t ask what cheese I wanted on the sub I ordered and started putting on a different cheese and when I asked them to please change that to provolone they made it seem like it was this huge ordeal to fix. It had not even been toasted. It was barely made and these girls destroyed the bread and actually acted like it was acceptable to provide for a payment and eat. I left the store and checked out the sandwich in my car, to only find that it had been mangled so much it was not even possible to eat it as a sandwich. I don’t know if there was a manager on staff this day but both of these girls laughed, stared and made a big deal out of this situation when it was not a whole ordeal to change the cheese i wanted. We went back and inside and had them remake it and they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. And then proceeded to laugh further in our faces. They talked crap right in front of me and my partner the entire time we were there. This needs to be better. I have never had a bad experience here until now but if these two girls don’t learn how to actually take care of people and customers they won’t be going far in life.

I was eating here weekly but tonight I had the worst experience, so I will take my business down the road to Penn Station! I walked in and ordered the club but with provolone instead of American. They had the lid up on the meat and cheese area so I could not see what was on my sandwich until it got toasted and sent to veggies. I see roast beef on there and asked her if she could take that off and put the stuff that comes on the club and she straight tells me no. I told her I didn’t want the one with roast beef and she refused to fix my sandwich. I’m not paying for something that I’m not going to eat! As I started to leave I heard her telling someone that I was leaving without paying as if that was supposed to happen. I would also like to add that the lettuce she had started putting on there was really brown and not fresh looking. I went and got a tasty club from Penn Station, and it was cheaper! The lady that waited on me at this subway has made my sandwich quite a few other times as well. She is older white lady. Seems to not like her job.

Theu never read the special instructions on order aheads, the bread on the sandwiches here is smaller and significantly less toasted than other stores I go to, the sandwiches are drenched in sauce and the portions of meat are off. I've kept ordering from here hoping it was just honest mistakes but this is the 3rd time and the last time I will be horrendously unsatisfied with my service. My advice: just go to a different subway. I don't know why this one is always so poor quality.

It says under new management so I thought I’d try again. I ordered a pizza sub and the guy scraped the dry marinara off of the meatballs and said “we’re out”… Grab a bag of sauce and dump it in.
New management? BAD MANAGEMENT.

I ask for a steak sub with pepper jack. Dude starts talking about a number this and that and I just want a steak sub with cheese and lettuce, so I decline. Then three minutes later when they actually start making the sandwich, I get what appears to be a tablespoon of meat on the actual sub. There would be at least three bites of just bread on a 6-inch sub. I said that doesn't look like the normal amount of meat Subway usually puts on the sub. So he starts trying to upsell me double meats and double cheeses. I say I'm good just throw it away and pretty sure they scraped the meat back into the tub and put the bread back. This is the stingiest subway you could probably go to and I would highly recommend you don't. Just go to a different one. Tries to get you to buy combos and then they try to upsell you on a bunch of toppings when they skimp out on normal toppings.

Great service, I am very picky with my sandwich but the lady there patiently and accurately got it all right. I have been to many sandwich places around town but this one stands out, all their ingredients were fresh and place was impeccably clean.

This place is neat and staff working there is very kind and welcoming! We were greeted nicely. We ordered veggie patty and lady there helped us make it way better than how we usually order. The vegetables were fresh and my kids loved the free cookies! Owner there came out and checked on us while we were having our dinner. Haven’t seen a nicer subway than this!!

I haven’t eaten in a Subway storefront in years. What a pleasant surprise to see such a clean restaurant, run extremely well. Excellent food, great service crisp fresh veggies, and great staff. Thank you so much, see you soon!

We flooded into this location after a soccer game. There was only one person working. He did a great job taking care of the long line until help arrived. When backup showed up, they continued working hard and were super friendly. Great service all around!
