Awful service. Was told that server was on 30 minute lunch break, and other server was in bathroom. Allison (30 minute lunch break) was very rude and told us that “people do have to p*** during the day,” and that it was very rude for me to knock on the door to ask for service. She didn’t know how long it would be for service. The lady from Kids Foot Locker went behind the counter to get her own drinks, and also told us that they were “closed for stock.” What the heck does that even mean?! Awful experience, awful service. Very disappointed. Never got waited on.

Board of health needs to know female workers are allowed to work in crop tops no hair coverings. They are rude when they have to redo their mistakes. I rather starve then there.

Burnt bread, half the meat (ORDER REG MEAT), sloppy sandwich, no cheese! THE SERVER LADY WAS BEYOUND RUDE !!!!! We had it delivered but this would have BEEN remade if I was in person. Never again.

i am ENRAGED. i went to go get subway, so happy to see it was at the mall! but then we went up to the service counter, ready to order AT FIVE PM. they said: "we are closed." CLOSED??? i looked up when jefferson mall's subway closes and it said six pm. SIX PM. this is so frustrating. i was so excited to get subway and then i couldn't. the worker at the counter was also very rude. he had the worst attitude. never and i mean NEVER going back to this subway. i do NOT recommend coming here.
