Went here this morning for doughnuts (Saturday morning), they had very few doughnuts to pick from. Everything looked picked over and virtually no selection. Had to go somewhere else.

It was nice to go by here, I absolutely love this donut shop! I used to live in Louisville and I had absolutely no idea how good I had it with this shop 5 minutes from my house. No other donut shop compares to Sugar & Spice!

I have not been in this place in two years for the fact that They never have any quality donuts after 7 o’clock Somebody coming in on a Saturday at 7:00 and the shelf’s are half empty.
I won’t be back.

Sugar & Spice isn’t what it used to be. My boyfriend still enjoys a few basic long johns but we used to get up, get in line and grab donuts often but that isn’t the case anymore. The online ordering doesn’t really make much since to us. If we order ahead of time how are certain flavors not available? Also apparently the apple streusel donut has changed. It used to be a soft oval sized donut filled with apple and had just the right amount of streusel on top but now there’s barely any filling in it, the donut is covered in streusel and it’s no longer soft.

Love the FUNKY MONKEY!!

Sugar and Spice is what all donut shops should strive to be. I’ve been coming here for over 30 years, and the consistency and quality are still just as good as the day they opened.

The donuts are just the right size, and the folks that work there are great. Get there early though because they sell out daily.

The freshest donuts, worth the drive to Fern Creek to get them. Fairly priced. Been going here for years. Best to go early.

This donut shop is a local favorite for a reason! The donuts are always fresh, delicious, and incredibly affordable. You can really taste the difference—soft, fluffy, and full of flavor with every bite. Whether you're grabbing a classic glazed or something more unique, you can't go wrong here.

They’re always busy (which says a lot!), so I highly recommend going early or placing an order ahead of time to make sure you get your favorites before they sell out. The staff is friendly and efficient, even when the line is out the door.

This place is the real deal—perfect for a weekend treat, office breakfast, or just because. A must-visit for any donut lover in town!

We are not from the area and heard about the donut shops in Louisville. We decided to do a comparison between sugar and spice and another shop. Sugar and spice had more varieties, cheaper, and seemed a little softer and airier. Delicious!

Love the workers. I come back because of them. I always get muffins for me and milk. The boys get the donuts.

Walked into this shop, asked if they had vegan donuts because when I googled vegan donuts near me, they popped up. She literally laughed in my face and was extremely rude. Bad attitudes all the way around. I don't know about the donuts, but I know the customer service was not good at all. I would not recommend this place.
