When ordering, I was asked if, for my espresso, I would like their house blend or their single origin roast; for me, this is the specificity that is deserving of a 5 star review.
I decided to try the single origin natural-processed roast, and I was pleasantly impressed. The flavor was bright, punchy, and funky - reminiscent of a tart, fermented red fruit.
I urge anyone who enjoys tasting a coffee’s story to give Sunergos a go.

I love coming to Sunergos! It is the only place I get my coffee. They have little bakery snacks, a variety of options for coffee, and all of the staff is smiling, while greeting, you as you walk in. The decor is right up my alley and they have a small outside area to sit. They have a rewards card that will get you a free beverage of your choice ( that's associated with the section of coffee, I think lol ) 20/10

First time at sunergos coffee, and man what a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The service was superb, I'm gonna be a frequent customer. The espresso and heart made in the foam was expertly done and the flavor was unbeatable. Starbucks and 7 brew have no idea what these folks at sunergos are capable of with their coffee. Thanks y'all!

Never heard of this place, wasn't even looking for a coffee house, was just having some meh food from the Streatery. Was walking back to the car and instead of passing by, decided to walk in with no expectations.
We were rewarded with hands down, the best lattes we had during our multi-state road trip. We had coffee in IA, IL, MO, AR, MS, AL, GA, TN, KY, and IN. This place was the standout of the entire trip from the very first sip.
Would absolutely have more coffee here if we were residents, but it's in all likelihood, our first and last time ever coming here, but it was good enough to make a lasting impression.

Stop charging a dollar per drink for alternative milk. If Old Lou coffee and Starbucks can do it, you can too. It's ridiculous.

Very good Americanos. I was just in Louisville at the expo center and chose this place as my first craft coffee venture. It did not disappoint. It was even better than I expected. I loved the multiple espresso options. I ordered the standard espresso blend the first day and it was excellent! The next day I returned and tried the Goat Man espresso which was also awesome. I love Ethiopian as well as Kenyan coffee and this was a blend of both. Well done Sunergos! Great roasting and great brewing! This is coffee at its best in my opinion. The only negative was the 15 minutes or so it took the first day. Worth it though. I wasn't the only coffee lover there :-).

We just moved to Louisville and I really think local realtors should highlight their proximity to Sunergos because it is one of my absolute favorite things about living in this neighborhood. The people that work here really take pride in the experience they are sharing with you - in the kindest, non-condescending way....love them!
