Amazing service, delicious coffee, friendly people, wonderful environment. The table I was sitting at doing homework was a little unsteady and I accidentally spilled my entire large coffee all over my laptop, the table, and the floor. The staff IMMEDIATELY came to offer assistance with towels and helped mop up the spill. Then one of the employees asked me what I was drinking and made me a new coffee without even asking, free of charge!!

Best coffee in Louisville! Was in town with wife and went there everyday we were in town. She had the black/white and the white mocha, both delicious; I went seasonal and had the pumpkin spice latte and it was amazing! Definitely a must if you enjoy coffee! Nice and friendly staff as well.

My husband and I were on vacation for 3 days in Louisville and came to this location twice. The iced latte’s were so good and creamy. we want to try their freshly roasted beans for home, I plan to order some online when I am out of my current beans. Workers were nice. I wish I had a Sunergos near me, I would go all of the time. We tried the pumpkin spice latte, black and white latte, white mocha. ALL great!

Walked in needing to use the restroom as we’re stuck waiting for a tow truck, asked the girl working if she could make me a turtle latte she said yes and as I was going to pay she says it’s on the house 😭 I about cried like a baby ♥️

I walk to the counter. Barista just looked at me with a dead eyed stare (really a glare), no hello, nothing. When her hipster friends came in after me, suddenly she’s the friendliest barista in the world. Funny how that works.
I’d rather order from a robot. Same dead eyed stare, but at least it won’t have the same look of contempt for me having the audacity to exist as a paying customer. (For the record, I still tipped a buck on a basic drip coffee. I regret that.)
