Great specialty coffee, but ive never seen five baristas behind the bar produce drinks so slowly. Four groupheads and four steam wands and theyre putting out one milk drink every two to three minutes while six customers sit around waiting at the bar.

Visited store on Willis. Atmosphere was great, very comfortable. I had a decaf coffee and they had to do a pour over which is OK. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a decent food selection. All they had in the display case was blueberry muffin, cinnamon bun, and a couple other pastries. I didn’t see anybody in the store eating and it was full. I asked if they had breakfast sandwiches and was told no. That is a shame because I think people love to have a little bite of something with their coffee and this place has a lot of potential.

It's always disappointing when trying a highly lauded coffee place and it's just... okay. Syrups seem really well made, and the drinks (latte, Americano, mocha) were all as you'd expect. Just weak. And for me that's a deal breaker.

I try to stay near here every time I’m in the city so I can grab a coffee & a donut from next door. Went 5 consecutive days in March. Different baristas every day, but the mocha was 100% consistent & fantastic every day. Possibly my favorite place for mocha so far.

I was just visiting and had tried a matcha at a different coffee chain and it was overly sweet, which is common. I tried Sunergos and they make their matcha perfectly. The 2 days I came both baristas were incredibly nice and we shared a laugh over mundane things. Very pleasant.
