Came during lunch because it was the least busiest option available. Was seated and left for over 30 minutes. One of the kitchen staff came out and told the waitresses not to take anymore orders, none of the customers were told. We finally flagged a waitress down to get the check for our drinks because no one bothered to come to our table. At least we weren’t charged for our drinks I guess.

We had 7 guys in our group watching a football game. My cheeseburger was dry and took over an hour to come out. At the end, they gave us a really hard time about splitting the bill equally per person. Would not recommend

Order a pizza, this place is not worth the hassle. I arrived after 6-8 friends, about an hour after everyone else. I sat at a separate table, and ordered dinner for me and my son. Unbeknownst to me, the restaurant has a “one check” policy for groups of 6+ - which the staff did not tell me about. I ordered dinner for myself and my son - about $100. When I tried to pay the bill, the staff argued with me for 30+ mins about paying, and tried to make me pay for everyone’s drinks and food. A friend ordered a hamburger for his son that took 90 mins to come out - for a burger and fries! I refused to pay the entire bill as I never agreed to such a ridiculous deal. I asked for a manager and was berated by a kid half my age who talked down to me, insulted me, and refused to let me speak. He proceeded to tell everyone in the group “I told you it would be one check!” One check was fine, but let us split it up based on who got what. The bottom line was he wanted to add a larger gratuity to the check - trust me they earned a lot less because of that action. Ridiculous service, the salmon and “taste of Louisville” sampler were terrible, but the lamb lollipops were actually really good - I ate two servings. Overall, the place is not worth it. Order a pizza instead.

Only complaint is no bartender for lunch time. Otherwise a great place to grab a bite with a friendly staff.

We enjoyed a 5 day stay at the Hyatt and decided to grab a couple of drinks and one meal (hubby) on separate visits during our stay. Our first visit 9/4/25 we ordered a glass of Moscato and an old fashioned. The server was pleasant and swift with service. 9/6/25 my hubby went for a catfish poboy with fries because it is advertised on the hotel elevator. The sandwich was nothing like what was pictured, but he said it did the job. 9/6/25 after a full day and night on the town, we dropped by to grab a glass of moscato with two ginger ale's. When I made it to the room, I realized the server poured pinot instead of Moscato, so I wasted the money on that drink because I was tired from our full day of activities. I would revisit for a drink at the bar to watch a game, but not food.

This restaurant is inside Hyatt Regency Downtown....I ordered a pork chop, carrots and mashed potatoes. The pork chop was delicious and the carrots were good but they were purple in color. You can always get a table either outside or in the restaurant.
Sorry, I didn't think about taking a pic.

Not recommended unless you are only going for a drink. As we walked down street, we saw this and looked to see what menu showed on-line. It showed something’s that we were like okay let’s try it. We sat inside and it was nicely decorated. They do have outside seating that is shaded by buildings in the evening, It also connects directly to the lobby of the Hyatt Regency. First miss was the menu they gave us and the menu on-line did not match. I asked waiter and he did not have a great answer. The drink menu was good size but slightly overpriced on Bourbons. We ordered jalapeño cornbread, wedge salad and brisket burnt ends sandwich with fries. The cornbread was about three inches tall and very dry. The wedge salad was supposed to have blistered tomatoes and dry ham. The tomatoes looked rotten. If they were blistered you think that they would have some black on them but they did not. The dry ham was chewy so not dry. Now for the sandwich, I smoke meat at home for a reference. The brisket burnt ends were tough. These should have been tender. The food was sub par for sure. The waiter was not very good. After we told about the food, he didn’t really say or do anything. We had to take him our payment. He didn’t not ring right away and walked off to an area that was not being used with our card. We had to go find him to ring up our transaction, very concerning. The manager did finally come over and told us they took off two of the items. We already knew that as we were in process of paying. He didn’t apologize but also made it out that we just didn’t like their interpretation of the food. The redemption was when we were leaving, another customer was complaining to the same manager about their food. It was a completely different dish. Again not recommending for food.

Two servers approached the table, not knowing who should wait on the party. While we were waiting for our $19 Old Fashioneds we watched 3 different patrons complain about drinks, food, and wait times. The drinks were bad. Warm, cloudy craft ice, none of the flavor promised in the menu. We bolted after paying $40 for two sub-par drinks and it's probably the best decision we could have made.

The service was terrible. I went with my work team, we placed our orders and after an hour, nothing had arrived. I asked how much longer it would take, and the staff said it would be ready soon. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, we were finally served, and three of the orders were wrong! I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone. They are not ready to operate as a restaurant. Please improve.
