Five star rating for the cocktails, prime rib and pork chop. We also really enjoyed the tuna appetizer and duck fat potatoes.
We went to the restaurant for many years when it was the flagship dining room. We tried this time to check it out to see how it was gonna be. Was disappointed and the total atmosphere for a high price upper end dining experience.. The food was good but overpriced compared to other similar restaurants in Louisville. The service could've been better.. The food was very good and prepared great. For the value, I would try a different place unless you're going for the bar atmosphere.
Excellent food with a phenomenal view!!! Darren served us well! Sam the bartender was a pleasure!
Incredible food and above and beyond service! We had such a memorable meal here. Thank you!!!
We celebrated our 59th wedding anniversary at this restaurant. The view was spectacular and romantic. Server was excellent. Potato gnocchi appetizer was excellent. Comped caramel cheesecake for dessert was a nice touch. Picking up the rest of our dinner was a different cool touch. The pork chop and chicken breast entrees were not a wow! Asparagus side was delicious! $10 for parking evened out the dessert. We paid about $75 per person, no drinks, and a20%+ tip. We paid “extra” for a beautiful sunset!
Could not have made a better choice!! Food was amazing and our server was so personable and fun. Will definitely be back when in the Louisville area
Wife and I had a great dinner and sitting in the rotating dining floor the view was outstanding. Food and service was top notch. If you happen to get Peter as your server, then you are in good hands. Recommend the Pork Tomahawk dinner. Columbus, OH
We just had appetizers. We loved their bread. It was amazing. We also had the Crab Ceviche and the crab cakes they were both amazing. We were pretty full between the bread and the appetizers, so we didn't eat dinner, but we got a commentary chocolate cake for my birthday was very moist and delicious. I would recommend the cake the dessert dish. Our server was very sweet and professional as were all of the staff. we will definitely be coming back here for dinner we had a wonderful time.
For the price of the meal, it was shocking to see how small the portion sizes were. We ordered the 8oz filet from the signature items side of the menu, which was supposed to be accompanied by asparagus and mushrooms. The steak itself was very good (I still prefer Stony River or Steak and Bourbon's filet) but the vegetables were more of a garnish - literally 2 stalks of asparagus cut up into 1/2 inch chunks and a few mushrooms tossed in. Both had wonderful flavor, but for $76 a plate, I would have expected multiple asparagus spears (one of the most inexpensive vegetables you can find) and at least a small pile or half cup or more of mushrooms. Again, both were delicious, but the plate was basically bare with the exception of the steak. I was able to sub out the loaded baked potato cake (breaded and fried) with garlic mashed potatoes which were good, but not amazing. The blue cheese cream sauce was also very good but I appreciated that we were able to get it on the side so the steak wasn't smothered in it. Steak was cooked perfectly to our request and well seasoned. I would not likely choose this restaurant again.
Swizzle is the place to go for exceptional, above-the-rest dining. The service was warm and attentive but not intrusive. The atmosphere was calming and unique. The drink and food menus were broad and varied. The filet mignon melted in my mouth. The valet service was kind, efficient and helpful. Going to Swizzle is now a tradition when my granddaughter comes into town from Texas. I will bring her again. And maybe go back for myself. I deserve it! Without hesitation, I highly recommended Swizzle.

We decided to book Swizzle last minute, and I'm so glad that we did! This was an awesome restaurant! We were able to sit in one of the revolving rooms, and had amazing views throughout our dinner. Our waitress, Brittany, was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive, funny, and honestly made our dining experience that much better. We had the carnivore platter, gnocchi, calamari, and wedge salad—all amazing!
While the food was good, service was incredibly slow and lackluster. The dirty windows coated with dead bugs kind of ruined the view and experience.
Service slow, but friendly. Had to eat appetizers on our bread plates as no plates were brought to us. Ambiance is dated, though it was full. Hotel is literally crumbling outside the windows. Spruce it up. Valet parking needs to be improved. Entrees were decent (sea bass and filet).
The view is spectacular. Rotating dining room is fabulous. Service is unremarkable and food was disappointing.
Delicious food and cocktails, exceptional service, and a unique experience if you can snag a table in one of the revolving rooms. Definitely pricey, but it's more of an experience than anything else. Enjoy it for what it is!
