This is the worst taco bell i have been to in my entire life. I have been to this taco bell multiple times, as I grew up in the area. Everyone here is disrespectful, slow, and terrible at their job. I have ordered from here 20+ times and my order has been wrong 95% of those instances. The old guy with glasses is the absolute worst and nothing makes me more frustrated than when I have to interact with him. Terrible place, terrible service, terrible workers. Don’t come here. Go to a different taco bell location instead.

ANNOYING GUY IS STILL THERE! STILL GETTING ORDERS WRONG AND NOT UNDERSTANDING NAMES! Staff that fixes and prepares the food are wonderful, fast and efficient! They work very hard!! But...THERE IS AN OLDER WHITE GUY WITH GLASSES THAT RUNS THE DRIVE THRU THAT IS VERY ANNOYING AND CAN'T UNDERSTAND MOBILE ORDERS, APP ORDERS AND REPEATS NAMES UNTIL THE WHOLE DRIVE THRU GETS MAD! HE CONFUSES EVERYONE, EVEN THE STAFF AND JUST CAN'T GET THINGS RIGHT! THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER 3 YEARS NOW AND HE STILL HAS PROBLEMS WITH ORDERS! PLEASE TRAIN THIS GUY SO THAT CUSTOMERS DON'T HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR ORDERS AND HAVE TO KEEP COMING BACK AROUND TO FIX THE PROBLEMS!!!! They stay open until 4:am

The old guy with glasses is rude and disrespectful to literally every customer. We come through and we had two things we wanted to order and he rolled his eyes and said “well you gotta pay for that buddy” yea no shit we actively had our debit card out to pay. Then he proceeds to start talking shit about us to his co workers. Then he hands us our food which was literally wrong gave us somebody else’s 36 dollar order and yelled at us when we were driving off. We looked in the bag and turned back around to get our correct order and we went in and he got all mad at his co workers for it when it was his own damn fault. This man should not be interacting with customers he is the rudest most unprofessional and unpleasant person to serve anyone.

I frequent this location and every time I go there something is wrong with my food. Something is missing, wrong things put on a modified item or I pay for something simple like a second cup of cheese and it doesn’t make it to the bag. If it was a once or twice situation it would be different but it’s been happening more and more lately. And I call the store to talk to them but they answer and just hang up. Is that really the people you want running your business.

Update 2025- My man Jerry the manager has been doing an AMAZING JOB holding down that Taco Bell for all these years now! I trust that my order and food will be correct whenever he is running the show at night.. This guy is a hell of a worker and can always assemble a good team to make our food fast and accurate!! That man needs another raise just for holding down that Taco Bell and running it so well at night as he has!! 🤙🤯💯💯
