My friends and i had 3 small mobile orders (each order with only a few tacos and a drink) whenever we made it to the window, the man was very disrespectful and said that we had too many orders and he “didn’t know how to do this” he asked if there were cars behind us, we said yes, and he said “well pull around then” he then handed us our drinks and forgot one. after we parked we had all of our food within 5 minutes (crazy large orders right) we let him know he forgot one of our drinks and rolled his eyes and walked in to make it. worst taco bell

Old guy at the window about 5 foot 6 was the worst fast food employee I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. The man was an absolute terrible person to order from. Between his nasty attitude and his terrible customer service I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. In fact I would caution others to dive the extra 10 minutes to avoid this guy.

Older guy with glasses was very rude and unprofessional. Had a mobile order and was told he didn’t know how to do that and make it sound like we were an inconvenience. Said I lied about him giving me a drink, didn’t lie. Rolled his eyes at me multiple times because he didn’t know how to do his job. Taco bell, do better!

This location was great, got all the food and the Baja Blast Freeze was actually perfectly frozen and a great texture. Got all my sauces too. And it had online exclusives available, unlike many other locations.

Guy at window was nice but I paid about $20 for the $10 worth of food that they gave me. You might as well not order and just roll up to the second window and see what you get. Why even take orders if you’re going to throw random stuff in a bag and hope someone doesn’t check. What a waste of money
