The manager here “Sharon” is a very unprofessional person and is in the wrong area of work. Very nasty, awkward speaking and unfriendly. I did an online order and was late picking it up, and it appeared that someone else took my order. Called to speak to the manager which was her and she didn’t conduct herself like a manager.

Not a single one of my items was correct. My Crunchwrap was supposed to add nacho cheese and they didn’t. My burrito was supposed to have extra nacho cheese and they didn’t and was burnt. I asked for extra breakfast salsa I got 0 at all. My drink didn’t have any ice in it.

This Taco Bell is our favorite. They often have a slightly different menu than company stores. Service is fast and accurate; except you have to wait for assistance if you want to order inside without using the kiosk.
They accommodate reasonable requests without problem. My son's no tomatoes and extra cheese comes out correct about 0% of the time.

Bad service, poor food, the 2 white guys couldn't get service, but when the black girl comes in they helped her right away. 4or more people standing at drive thru, Never again. I'm done with taco bell permanently

This is maybe the only Taco Bell in town that offers the promotional 5-7-9 dollar combos at the price they're supposed to! I put in a timed order at work and when I swing by on the way home my food is always ready and waiting for me. No fuss, no muss. I've heard people complain about other stores skimping on the food, but my tacos and burritos are always filling and correctly made. This is really the only Taco Bell I go to. Highly recommended.
