Ynfood was greasy and uneatable. Trust me I tried and no such luck. I did however get to wear all that greasy mess all down the front of my shirt. Good thing I can do laundry!

For a long time I refused to visit this location because of terrible customer service experiences. Either tonight was a fluke or this TB turned things around. Everybody was super polite, my food was right, and it was ready like two minutes after I put my order in at the kiosk.
There is a location blocks away from my house that just opened that is frankly, abysmal. I will now drive past that location an extra 10 minutes to come here when I want Taco Bell.

Bought a Mexican pizza and it tasted awful. I’m not sure if the meat was spoiled or the grease they fry the tortillas in was old or dirty but it tasted disgusting. 🤮 They need to inspect the food often because they definitely shouldn’t be serving anything that tastes like that. If I hadn’t been on my lunch break it would have went right back. Hope I don’t get sick! 🤢

Drive thru service was terrible. Employee acted like she was doing me a favor to allow me to spend my money there and was mad that I asked her to give me the things that I had ordered. It’s bad enough that you’re not getting good service through the drive-through but then you gotta hear employees inside cussing and being unprofessional.

Ordered through the app, still had to wait once at the drive thru window for my order. They had no bags for these combos in their boxes and no drink carrier. Customer service just isn't worth my money I'm paying for service.

Unacceptable. Slowest service ever. Ordered at 9:44 and waited 20 minutes to get my food. My food was barely cooked. The beans were hard. The nacho cheese was cold and they forgot my drink. I had to go back and tell them. They were to busy all talking to each other. 4 employees not concentrating. The only person who seemed to be working was at the window.

Employees smoking weed in the parking lot wouldn't bother me so much if they got customer's orders correct.

Ordered a black bean crunchwrap for my vegetarian friend, and she bit into a beef one.

Manager made it right and comped meal, but still, very frustrating.
