it takes 30+ minutes just for them to take my order and EVEN LONGER to even get food. they also denied my order one night after i had been sitting in the line for 30+ minutes again. i hate this tacobell, they genuinely need to hire a whole new night crew because i already know this wouldn't fly at any fast food place ive worked.

This time im fed up so im leaving a review.I order Three crunchy supreme tacos with fiesta potatoes. Yeah great well all i got was a chalupa supreme AND TWO EMPTY TACO SHELLS. Yes i understand you guys make min wage and their are zero requirements to work there but really? You guys are actually this lazy?? I dont want to hate or drag anyone but its beyond acceptable at this point.

Last time I went to this location, had to wait fifteen minutes to get my order taken. The only reason I got my order taken was because I had asked if everything was okay inside the building. After having to wait so long for my food, my order was incorrect and they didn't give me the drink I ordered.
I love this place after dark. I know it sounds weird ?. But the young who works there after hours is such a blessing. I order a customized 5-Layer burrito & 3 customized cheese nacho potato cup. Everything was fresh & exceeding my expectations.

They don’t answer the phone, consistently slow drive thru, half of your food will usually be missing, staff is rude, and they don’t keep the lobby open for doordashers on saturdays which is usually their busiest night
I only eat breakfast here, must try the steak breakfast crunch wrap with extra creamy jalapeno sauce. This will literally be all your will get. (make sure hash brown is done or crunchy)

I pick up from here all the time with door dash and it never fails to wait 20-30 minutes at least. They open at 8 and at 930 they don't have the doors open and no one is willing to answer the drove thru. Lazy, rude people working here who clearly don't care about their job. I'm here right now, the only customer ordering in the entire store and have been waiting for 15 minutes. Pathetic.
