I'm not sure what's going on but the last 3 times I've been there through the drive through and inside the food is unedible. Cold, barely any ingredients inside burritos, nacho Belle grande, tacos. It's as though no one takes pride in their work anymore. I've never asked for a refund but will be this time. Blank look on the person at the window. I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone ever.

Whatever you do not order here they will not give you your fire ranch sauce if you order chicken nuggets and completely ruin your whole experience and plus the food is not fresh you’ve been warned people !!!! ⚠️

Drove through on my way to work and bought the new chicken nugget meal. It was almost $10, which is pretty pricey for a few nuggets and fries. When I went to eat, the nuggets were rock hard and the fries were ice cold. It's obvious the food was held far past it's food safe holding times. When I called, I spoke to a girl who said it would be no problem, just bring the receipt and replace the food. When I stopped in a few days later, the GM Charlie acted as if I made the whole story up in my head and refused to replace the order. $10 wasted. I do not recommend this location. I usually go to the location on Westport Road, but this one was on my way to work. I won't ever make that mistake again. It's only an extra 5 minutes to the one on Westport. Their food is always hot and management is much more friendly.
Does not honor promotional pricing for $7 Luxe box, or other online exclusives. Overpriced location.

This is hands-down the best Taco Bell I have been to in my life, and I have been to a lot of different ones in multiple different states. The food is hot and fresh, quick, and the service is exceptional. The morning and evening shift managers stay on their stuff and make you feel welcome! I will continue to be loyal to this location.
