10541 Fischer Park Dr, Louisville, KY 40241:The nacho bell grande tasted like they haven't changed the grease for a hot minute, the new hire was kind and nice but the person who kept taking over the intercom was impatient, and when we came up to the window he looked at us, clicked his tongue, and shook his head. The soft tacos were not folded correctly, meaning over half of the tortilla was on one side of the soft taco. And all in all I feel bad for the lady who took our order having to work with rude, no fux giving coworkers, they weren't even closing yet.????????

I always go by another Taco Bell on Westport village …because it’s on my way out. Well I’d quit going to Taco Bell all together because their service has been less than desirable. However today I decided to go to this one in Fischer park.Super nice, above and beyond. It’s my new Taco Bell when I get the craving! Thank you so much! Y’all are excellent!

Ordered 3 chalupas tonight & received 3 chicken quesadillas instead. Ordered Baja blast & was handed a Pepsi instead. Asked worker to switch it out for what I had actually ordered & he informed me that they were out. Asked "so what's this then", tells me it's Pepsi. if you're out of something & you know, at least ASK what replacement you would like instead of assuming. Unfortunately I didn't realized I got quesadillas instead of chalupas until I got home. Very disappointing after spending $30+. Never again.

Probably the best Taco Bell in the area. Staff is always very fast and very personable. Food almost never has issues and rarely ever have any problems with my order. Wait times are almost nonexistent. Highly recommend this location.

Cheap food at ridiculous prices for what it is. Has gone waaaay down hill from what taco bell used to be, and that's saying a lot. I won't be back by my choice.
I go here at least twice a week for lunch, and it is the best Taco Bell in Louisville. The daytime crew is awesome, friendly, and genuinely care about their work. Highly recommend it if you're a Taco Bell fan.

Tried a veggie burrito was surprised it tasted so good . Had just been in a car accident and not only was the staff supportive but not one negative thing was said about cars being put in their lot to await towing.Vegetarian options: Will go back for the veggie burrito.

Went through after placing an order through the app. The window workers speak very rudely of customers and don't realize we can hear them through the window.Then they botched the order. It was literally two crunchwrap boxes. One didn't have a crunchwrap.Like??? Don't be mean AND incompetent - pick a battle.
