Service was good food is not. They gave me a flat barely filled burrito probably the worst I’ve ever got from Taco Bell. This Taco Bell use to be my favorite one in Louisville. Well idk if I even wanna go back now every time a Taco Bell does this I don’t go back and find a new one🤦♂️ got 4 of em and every single one is like this

i dont know what they dont understand about no lettuce but clearly its a hard thing to grasp , when someone says no lettuce , that means no lettuce . stop hiring dumb kids who cant follow easy instructions , like you literally dont have to put it on which is way easier than picking it off BELIEVE me . plus the tacos are broken in like 3 different spots so i cant hold it , and the “ steak “ quesadilla winded up turning into a chicken. which i paid extra for . other taco bells are not like this , specifically this one in particular on the night shifts. Do better .

7. 03 for a littlest thing of cheese not enough for a he little bag of chips and a med drink what a fn rip off. That should be a meal for the cost really a ripoff

This place is a rip-off. Extremely skimpy portions. In addition to that, their website is horrible and completely unusable. Too expensive for skimpy portion size.
Stay away and go elsewhere.

my door dashers name was Yunior he was there around 11:50 on august 10th. i’m not sure who was working the doordash pick up orders at this time but i’m insanely disappointed. my dasher went in multiple times and the guy continued to refuse to give them my drink with is 4 dollars and clearly shown on the receipt. my dasher said they were finally able to get the drink however they were treated very badly. this is ridiculous to me that a worker would treat someone so rudely and disrespectfuly when all they are doing is THEIR JOB. I’m giving my dasher more money to thank them for being to kind and making sure i recieve my full order however that does not make up for how they were treated. I’m so incredibly disappointed like it makes me so genuinely angry at that worker. I would like for the manager to see this review and that that person should be reprimanded for their actions. if the manager would like to reach out for more information i will happily discuss and send you photos of my receipt and messages with my dasher, considering that i called the store multiple times and they would answer THEN HANG UP.
