I waited in line for a very long time, the person at the window asked me to pull around to a different parking spot. They brought out my food to me after about 15 minutes. They gave me two coupons for free tacos considering I had to wait so long. I asked if all of my food was there and they said yes, I started to go through the bag and then the guy brought out a second bag of food And apologized. I trusted that it was all there after seeing the 2nd bag. Once I got home I realized that I was missing a chicken chalupa supreme. Disappointing since I waited so long for my meal.

I live right by this Taco Bell and it has become a regular pit-stop after work. They are always super friendly and I can’t remember any errors over two years of patronage. Great staff, super clean inside as well.

Worst mistake I made trying to get a meal here. The chicken was freezer burnt garbage. The staff forgot to give me my drink (to be fair I forgot to ask for it), I paid 20 dollars for a burrito, a taco, and some crappy chicken. Don't be me. Get good food that will nourish you and won't make you hate yourself.

They don’t greet you, you say dine - IN they put your food in to go bags. And they all play Spanish music the whole time I was in there for 30mins.

Food was okay and as expected. Was not expecting to be nickel and dimed for everything...paid extra for lettuce which turned out to be about 8 shreds. When asked for more the cashier offered to charge an additional fee for extra extra lettuce...charged twice for a cup of water...and was told an extra packet of sauce would be an additional charge.

Went on lunch ordered 10 minutes ahead, got there 1 car in drive thru checked in food was not ready told to wait pulled around sat for 15 minutes still not ready had to return to work without food or refund. 👎🏿

I hadn't been here in nearly a year, and on my first visit back they screwed up. It's as if we just can't have any faith at all in fast food workers anymore. I would like to thank the 2nd worker who came to the window though. He corrected the first worker's mistake. As for the 1st worker, I told you mild sauce at the speaker and you entered hot sauce on the order. I was very nice and told you at the windrow that i didn't want hot, i wanted mild please, but instead of correcting it and telling the 2nd worker, you decided to be lazy and useless and not do anything to fix it. The 2nd worker fixed it after I told the first worker TWICE. Something as simple as SAUCE. The level of laziness and indifference from the 1st worker was astounding.
