Taco Bell is known for it being very fast. This location is the absolute worst. They are jus lazy... I stood there forever for them to tell me to use the kiosk. Are you going to tell me I can't have my order taken by a person? That is just terrible. People don't realize those machines are going to take their job one day and they're letting it happen... Sad sad sad customer service

This horrible experience happened around 9pm on sun. March 10th,2024. I Had a medium sized order when I got home the order had lettuce when I ordered no lettuce. Other than the inconvenience it could've been an easy fix so I called to speak to the manager which was a young lady that was extremely rude telling me that they didn't mess up my order but I was lying about how I ordered. Long story short she REFUSED to remake my order and this was a $33 order. And there prices are different than what it says online and they will not price match... if your hungry and looking for something quick and made correct to order go next door to Arby's or McDonald's at least the customer is valued at those places

This Taco Bell location was recently renovated and no longer has the long John’s silvers attached. This location is updated and modern looking. There are screens to order on. It’s Taco Bell, so you should know what to expect. But the brand has tried to keep the menu fresh and updated. I also use the app- it has online exclusive and easy to pick up.
They seem to have a really great team now. Management looks like it’s improving a lot more, and there’s a lot of new faces.Definitely diverse characters and personalities and the whole group seems great. ?

I wanted to try the new chicken empanadas. After trying them, I will not be ordering them again. They are definitely not worth the ridiculous price. It is salty. It didn't feel cheesy, it was more like soupy.I also entered chicken enchilada burrito, I requested to be toasted this time, I am not sure why would any one want a cold burrito. The person making the burrito mentioned that she warmed up the shell, it is not meant to be.Taco Bell was good for the wallet and the food used to be good. Now the prices are ridiculous and food is barely worth it.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options does not have its own section. There is bean burrito cheesy roll-up etc.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant has high chairs. Taco bell is not known for offering actual kids meal.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

EXTREMELY RUDE. WE CALLED TO SEE IF THEY HAD A SPECIFIC MENU ITEM AND SHE WAS VERY MEAN. WENT ON MUTE, AND THEN HUNG UP. ASSUMED WE WERE PRANK CALLING BUT I JUST REALLY WANTED FOOD. DO NOT GO HERE.
Each time we have gone to this location, they forget multiple items and make several items incorrectly. Food is always mediocre. Spent $32 tonight and they forgot 3 items and made 2 items incorrectly.The Springhurst Taco Bell is 7000x better.

6:31 pm- This location is by far has the best service and hot food I’ve ever received at any Taco Bell restaurant. I ordered the famous Mexican pizza meal as I always do (added jalapeño sauce) and to my surprise, it was actually correct on there. The freshness was definitely a 10/10. Super friendly employee let me know the LJS side of the restaurant is closed permanently. Sad day for fish lovers. Definitely would recommend an evaluation of employees on deck. Many can learn from them.
