This place is really rude , the lady who works at the drive tru in the window is really rude I don’t know her name but she’s really mean and rude not matter how you nice you treat her!!! Is crazy how this type of people works like that !

Food was good but service was HORRIBLE!! Specially the lady in the drive thru (“Sajrou” per the receipt).
To start, she’s RUDE taking the order. I said “thank you” multiple times and she can’t even say “you’re welcome”, “no problem” or anything along those lines. Instead, it’s “mmhmm”. Rude. THEN, I asked to add on a chicken quesadilla at the window after I paid (I also checked that NO ONE was behind me in line!) and she told me I’d had to go back through the drive thru to get it “because we’re on a timer and don’t take window orders” WHAT?! Anyone that visits this location knows how hard it is to get in and out of here so that was a no thanks…
I’ll be contacting Taco Bell corporate directly about this experience!

I don't know who the manager was, but the food was 10x better, everything was actually right on my order AND everyone was in good spirits. Please give this manager a raise 🙏
This is hands down the worst taco bell I've ever gone to. More times than any other restaurant in my 32 years of life they have 'issues with equipment ' to where they can't take drive thru orders or sometimes any orders at all. Half the workers there clearly hate their life and are rude as hell. Makes me wonder how much care they n really put into making your taco. The food is 8/10 times trash too. Save your money
A YEAR LATER ADDING TO THIS REVIEW everytime I come here it's a problem. Ordered tacos went home they're GREADE COVERED AND SOGGY. went back. The manager walks right past me. Didn't even acknowledge me. Then the pair drive thru guy asked what was wrong. I told him. She YELLS at him he got the order wring before he even finished telling her the issue. I cut her off saying it wasn't even wrong actually it was right but it was soggy. She keeps berating him saying you did it wrong it was wrong. Then she sees receipt HE DID RIGHT she says oh you did it wring to the other guy on the line! The drive thru guy says yeah you were outside w your husband...she's tossing stuff around. rude , miserable LOUD AND WRONG!!!!!!!!! POOR DUDE at the drive thru is the ONLY ONE EVER w a good attitude and idk how w THAT as a 'boss' pathetic. As in sitting in parking lot typing this shes back out here again. I'm so mad for those 2 employees. They don't deserve that treatment.

AWFUL. The female manager is rude and refused to let me get my pick up order in the drive through even though I had selected drive through. She screamed at me, refused my food and made me and my child feel VERY unsafe. I have called Taco Bell corporate over the issue and nearly called the police.
