Hate to do this, but have to. It's unacceptable. This was about a week ago. Late afternoon. The dining area was not crowed. We started to use the kiosk but noticed it was extremely dirty. I told the woman taking our order that is was very dorty. Ordered our food, sat down and enjoyed the meal. Enjoyed it but what's up with the lack cheese? Is there a cheese shortage or something? Anyway, we took notice that not one staff member came and wiped off the kiosk. Completely ignored it and it really was nasty. I hate to give bad reviews and only do so when they are deserved. I only do so with hopes that the establishment will see that this kind of customer experience is unacceptable, and detrimental to the success of their business. Hopefully they will strive for cleanliness in the future. I didn't take a photo of the entire restroom but of the sink. It had a build up of soap scum. So it clearly hadn't been cleaned properly for possibly days. Sorry Taco Bell. It will be some time before I dare visit to see if you cleaned up your act. But I truly hope you wil take my review seriously. Best Regards

The ladies in the drive-through at this Taco Bell location displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Highly rude and disrespectful. I requested a potato bowl substitution in place of chips and cheese, but they declined. As a result, I will not be returning to this establishment.

So at this Taco Bell I saw two teenagers working a night shift they both were smoking out of the door but still remained inside of the restaurant, yall need to fix that.
