Fast and great service. After our visit, I decided to call and commend the team for their service; That was the most neat and beefy taco I have ever gotten from Taco Bell! (Pat yourself on the back cook) The Gentleman working the window/cashbox, carried himself with confidence & respect. The manager was happy to receive these compliments & I think she is doing a good job herself. Too often do people turn to write bad reviews instead of positivity! These folks are doing it right. Keep it up!

I do not recommend visiting the Taco Bell/KFC combination location I visited during my lunch break today. I stopped by to pick up food for myself and a coworker, including Doritos Locos Tacos and Fiesta Potatoes. Unfortunately, the Fiesta Potatoes had an unpleasant taste—similar to mold—which suggested they may have been spoiled or improperly stored.
I called the location to politely inform them that they may want to check the quality of their potatoes. However, the employee who answered the phone responded with a very unprofessional attitude. Rather than addressing the concern constructively, she sarcastically stated that she didn’t know what mold tastes like and insisted the potatoes were made fresh. She told me the only resolution would be to return to the location for a refund or replacement, but her tone was consistently rude throughout the conversation.
Due to the negativity and lack of customer service, I chose not to return. My intention was simply to help ensure no other customers had a similar experience, but the response I received was disappointing and unhelpful.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS NOBODY WORKING THE FRONT COUNTER THEY ASK YOU TO ORDER OFF THE KIOSK SO THEY DONT HAVE TO DO THEIR JOBS. MANAGERS ARE HORRIBLE AND RUDE. every time I come here it always been slow and takes forever with the food & some how they still managed to messed up or forget an item which makes no sense. I once waited 16 min just for a drink.... I don't even like leaving reviews but I will not be coming back to this location I rather drive extra 5-10 min to the next Taco Bell !!!

Literally the worst a taco bell, you can go to in the city. I have mistakenly. I came back to this location multiple occasions out of convenience and every time aroun, I am just as disappointed as the last. The wait is always long, the food is always cold, mediocre, and wrong. I have called and complained about missing items and the best they can offer me is to replace that missing item. I'm sorry, but i'm not going to drive all the way back to this location for a missing burrito. Lazy unenthusiastic workers. Avoid this location if possible.

Went to the Drive Thru around 7 and no one is in line. The lady working the intercom was extremely rude and argumentative.
I ordered a chicken chalupa supreme and she started asking me steak or beef and then hard or soft. When I asked if we looking at the same menu she got an attitude, again.
I’m hard to upset but I had to leave. I feel bad for flipping her off but I was appalled how rude she was.
came here for burger king got kfc and mcdonlads, my kids are now not overweight which is a SHOCKER they are no longer obese bevcause they didn't get their large 3 burger meal with extra fries and extra large soda
times have changed america is no longer great !!

I have never got a nastier pintos and cheese refried beans with a splash of nacho cheese sauce the Cantina Bowl look like slop the chicken Crunchwrap they couldn't even get that right and it was beef overall this KFC and Taco Bell can't get nothing right it's a shame to spend that much money and nothing you ordered is what it should be

The store had one care in front of us. This is a place that consistently gets your order wrong. I try to keep it simple. We ordered two Taco burrito craving box. I ordered two Cantino Tacos. I asked for them twice at the drive through. When we got to the window, they left them out. I reminded him he added them to the order. they threw two soft Tacos in with the rest. I got down the block and was checking. I could not find them. We turned around. I went through the drive through. they argued. We found the soft taco. I never requested the soft taco and the tacos looked like the others. thoth associate had never bothered to tell me he put them in their. The “Manager” was a short African American girl. She stated there they are, made a duck face, Said Thank you, and slammed the window. I told her no, take this back and refund my card. They refunded my card. I gave the food back. The order was a 42 dollar order.

Just plain nasty ! This is a KFC - Taco bell location and unfortunately I got KFC. I bought the 4 pc meal deal. The mashed potatoes were soured, the chicken was greasy with the meat looking kind of strange. The only thing fit to eat was the coleslaw and biscuit. Won't be back to this location ever.
