The store had one care in front of us. This is a place that consistently gets your order wrong. I try to keep it simple. We ordered two Taco burrito craving box. I ordered two Cantino Tacos. I asked for them twice at the drive through. When we got to the window, they left them out. I reminded him he added them to the order. they threw two soft Tacos in with the rest. I got down the block and was checking. I could not find them. We turned around. I went through the drive through. they argued. We found the soft taco. I never requested the soft taco and the tacos looked like the others. thoth associate had never bothered to tell me he put them in their. The “Manager” was a short African American girl. She stated there they are, made a duck face, Said Thank you, and slammed the window. I told her no, take this back and refund my card. They refunded my card. I gave the food back. The order was a 42 dollar order.

Just plain nasty ! This is a KFC - Taco bell location and unfortunately I got KFC. I bought the 4 pc meal deal. The mashed potatoes were soured, the chicken was greasy with the meat looking kind of strange. The only thing fit to eat was the coleslaw and biscuit. Won't be back to this location ever.

The worst KFC Taco Bell location in Louisville. Have tried to have lunch inside lobby several times, lobby is ALWAYS closed for sit down customers, no matter what time of day. Then the drive thru closes at 6pm, ??? Why? If you pull up anywhere close to that time, they say they are out of chicken. Honestly, I don’t know how this location stays open treating their customers this way. Please close this location, its workers don’t want to work or help customers at all. I keep going back to see if any changes to lobby, but it’s a waste of time every time. Go somewhere else if you want decent customer service, cause this location sucks big time.

Always closed during lunch rush. Last time I was there, it was cash only but they didn't lead with that, only found out when they handed me the food. The Indi's across the road is better.

Went there to get food, had specifications on the tacos and crunchwrap, an unholy amount of refried beans was put into when as far as i know it doesnt come with beans, and even asked for no sour cream and it had that too, the tacos had to be remade but i didnt know about the crunchwarp until
