Ordered nachos bellgrande at the drive thru on Saturday at 4:30pm. Like other times when I tried this location, I was told to pull around front to wait for my food.When I got home with my order, it was in a small bowl, not the usual oblong container, and barely had any food in it...I foolishly keep trying to support this location since it is in my neighborhood, but after this, I won't be back...

Always cash only, card machine always broken. Yet they manage to staff a full crew who have nothing to do. Last 3 times I've been there the card machine was down. Workers jist standing around with nothing to do. Why is this place open?

I’ve been 2 days in a row now, last night at 730 & tonight at 545, both nights no one has acknowledged me at the speaker for 10 minutes then I pulled to the window beeping the horn 3 workers inside in the lobby sitting ignoring me. No closed sign, nothing on the speaker, no one even had the respect enough to come to the window and say they were closed!

I left 1 star because it doesn't give an option to leave 0. This place is a joke and I really don't understand how they've managed to keep this hell hole open this long. Rude staff, never have basic ingredients that go with their menu items, alwayssssss out of meat even?! I have not 1 time had a good experience when coming to this taco bell and wouldn't recommend ANYONE to go there because you'll be wasting your time.

Not sure what happen tonight, first I was in line for an hour for a party pack, when I got to the window they ran out of hamburger meat which is fine no big deal they offered me either chicken or steak on 5 of the tacos get home and wow is all I can say I could of sworn we should hav gotten lettuce or something on these in the past meat was short tonight was over all bad experience! I will say the young man at the window was nice and was trying his best

Atmosphere was good because we did drive thru. She Dismissed my question about a new menu item, was rude the whole time and gave us a different item than we asked for, and my 4 year old got 2 cheese roll ups which is just shredded cheese in a tortilla heated up but those where not good they had very little cheese that didn't even melt because it was not heated enough. Smh
