The only things I didn’t like about it was they didn’t have a machine to make your own drink, and they didn’t have a lot of chairs and the place wasn’t huge. Other than that it was decent. I didn’t have to wait long and I was satisfied.

Absolutely rude, nobody listens at the counter.Did not read my order had things messed up.Would not come to the counter when I needed to ask for a fork.And the hot sauce nobody would acknowledge me, and when someone came to the counter to give someone else's food.And I said, excuse me, they completely ignored me and walked away

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Aliyah and the team at Taco Bell on Cane Run Rd! From the moment I pulled up, Aliyah made my experience stress-free. She was so pleasant, patient, and never rushed me while I decided on my order — that alone deserves recognition. On top of that, the entire team delivered my food fresh, fast, and perfectly accurate (which is something that really sets this location apart).
The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every single person I interacted with was professional and kind. It’s rare to get service that checks every box — but Cane Run Rd Taco Bell nailed it.

Got late lunch about 2pm a d had the best experience that i gave had in i dont lnow how long. The young man on the intercom was vety clear spoken abd vety professional. Pulling up the window je was very polite , made eye contact and had my prder out in my hand becore i could even put my money away. Hard to find young people that care these days so this young man needs a raise. I justify wish i would of gotten his name do he could get the credit he rightfully deserves

Just wanted something quick.Stopped for some unauthentic Mexican food.Extremely overcharged for food and maries attitude.She didn't give us all our food and when we called all we got was lies and attitude,all for $42 & change. She claimed to be the GM.She was unpleasant,unprofessional and argumentative.Well I'll never get what I'm owed cause I'll never go back. The cantina chicken and DLT wasn't how it's been at other locations.My tacos were ⅔ empty.If she had put the lettuce on it you wouldn't have tasted the taco or meat. Her own words.She said it had the right amount of meat and ⅔ lettuce compared to meat cheese tomatoes and souur cream.Anyway all I can say is you've been warned.

First time trying this location, and honestly i don't know why i waited so long. This is right by my house and the portions were great and the food and service was awesome on night shift! I will say prices have definitely went up a ton over the years and my used to be $1 order is now $3 but it's bigger and tastes good so not too bad. I just wish i didn't have to spend $15 everytime i want to go get fast food nowadays, but then again don't we all.

I will NEVER come bacc to this restaurant! The most SLOWEST! UNPROFESSIONAL Taco Bell I ever been to IN MY LIFE!! Not to mention they had public restrooms but wouldn’t allow anyone to use them but employees! Terrible service! VERY SLOW AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
