Nacho fries are the bomb but the one little pump of nacho cheese yall put with it is ridiculous and then charge 75 cents for a side of nacho cheese just for it to be half a pump. That’s crazy to me ! Y’all can do better than that. Stuff is too expensive to not get what you pay for. ..

The crew here are the worst I’ve experienced at any Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. The employees here are messing up the business. I live four minutes away and will drive 15 minutes to get to another location just to avoid this one.

First off they made me pay for some one else order, second had to wait n the drive thru to get a refund then gave me coupons that expired 2023 it’s 2024 come on now I will never go back idk why I even tried Taco Bell n the first place when rally and all different places open smh

This location has consistently had the best Taco Bell possible. It’s always hot, fresh and fast. The folks working the drive through have been very friendly every time. Whenever im there it’s monday through Thursday around 12. So whichever crew is running weekday lunch keep it up. You guys are the best
A bunch of people waiting for food in the lobby..but i didnt have to wait long as i had a mobile order. But they did forget part of the order which if i hadnt checked the bag before leaving would have gotten missed.

Made my order and they didn't give me the order I asked.Then they demanded I give back my order to 'add' to the order which was rather distasteful to say the least, as if they were going to take back my order and then give me what they felt was sufficient.Completely unprofessional and rude due to the inconvenience of my order being wrong.

Why is THIS PLACE STILL OPEN?! Employees are super rude and inpatient and even messed up a simple order! I ordered a black bean crunchwrap Supreme with no tomatoes or sour cream and they LITERALLY gave me a damn LETTUCE crunchwrap!!! ??♀️? THIS unfortunately is the ONLY taco bell in the west end which sucks! If I couldve I would have surely drove to the newer one off CANE RUN by the Waffle house! THEY'RE NICER AND THE FOOD IS ALWAYS ON POINT!!!
