I ordered from the drive thru tonight, and I was very surprised with the food. The nacho fries were so fresh, and the chili cheese burrito tasted like it used to when I was a kid. The employees were so polite and everything came out quickly. It was the best overall experience I've had from any Taco Bell in years. Thank you for serving me food that I could enjoy, and I didn't even regret buying it.

This place is a joke. They cashed out my order and then refused to give me my food stating the payment didn't go thru, when I tried to show the assistant store manager that the money was deducted from my account he continued to interrupt me and yell over me that im lying. Then when I was on the phone with customer service he threatened to call the cops on me if I didnt leave. The gentleman obviously does not know how to do his job and should not be in management.

As far as fast food in the West End of Louisville goes they are the only go to because all the other fast food on this end of town is nasty extremely nasty. Its is always nice and clean when I go in there. The food is always good and Ive never had to take my order back for any reason.

Place is perfect example of why fast food should be a minimum wage job. Ordered 12 count taco pack. Soft supreme with no lettuce. Simple right. Not so much. Got 12 tacos with just meat and cheese. No sour cream no tomatoes. Worse it was delivery at work so nothing I could do about it. Companies steal from people it's OK. I bet if I walked out with stuff and didn't pay they would call the cops.

Nacho fries are the bomb but the one little pump of nacho cheese yall put with it is ridiculous and then charge 75 cents for a side of nacho cheese just for it to be half a pump. That’s crazy to me ! Y’all can do better than that. Stuff is too expensive to not get what you pay for. ..
