Horrible. Stay away from this taco bell. Workers did not care. Got order completely wrong, not friendly, and food made me sick later that night. I love taco bell but will never give this one business again.

Came to get food twice while in Louisville. Both times you put beef in my veggie burritos that are specified as vegetarian on the menu and ordered as listed on the menu as veggie items.

I came with a large truck/trailer and obviously couldn’t go through the drive through, walk to get inside, it’s Tuesday October 18th, 4:20pm, regional manager was in the store and simply didn’t want to help. Said he could open the lobby and wouldn’t accept orders if I wasn’t in a car. Worse TacoBell ever. And the regional manager… sorry but that’s no manager.

The worst Taco Bell I have ever had and I’ve had some pretty bad Taco Bell before but this is the worst place to get Taco Bell. Our food tasted like soap and the meat was very soggy. My food smelt very weird and I couldn’t eat it. By far the worst place to eat and I would have gone to McDonald’s to eat and McDonald’s makes me sick. Do not eat here.

We came out of Bourbon and Beyond on Saturday night starving after spending 6 hours in one place to see Pearl Jam. (The lines at the festival were completely insane so we didn't get to eat much there). To our surprise the TB was open and we could walk in! So grateful to have the opportunity to get food at that point in the night. LOL. Everyone ordered from the kiosk and waited. They kicked that food out as fast you could've hoped for that late in the night with that many people showing up all at once. I thought they did a great job, they were nice and helpful. So happy they were open, didn't need to "drive through", and were fast.

Worst Taco Bell Ever..... I didn't even order first of all I arrived and the parking lot was a wreck.... proceeded inside where 3 workers were sitting around with their shoes off playing games at a table and 3 bicycles were parked inside right at the front door you could barely walk in ... the Lobby was horrible dirt and trash everywhere trash cans overflowing someone's shoes was just laying on the floor at the counter where your sauces are I asked why the shoes are out here like this the black male worker proceeded to tell me someone left their shoes there and laughed instead of cleaning up and moving them they were left there .... no customers no where now I see why you would be stupid to eat at this establishment.... Horrible puts it nicely..... Then the guy tells me if I order I need to order at the self help station but yet no one is in this establishment but he won't take my order .... I left and I suggest this business be shut down for good and the manager should be Fired

The staff was rather rude. And the manager on duty rather impolitely asked me if my service animal, whom was vested and properly identified as such, was infact a service animal or not. That is really just not acceptable.

Just spent $30 on garbage. I ordered 3 combos. One was ok. Second one was barely warm. The tacos literally had maybe a pencil size amount of meat. The 3rd combo I didn't even get. I have tried to call 4 times but no one answers. Extremely disappointed. Ended up have to order delivery from somewhere else.
Made an online order. I went to pickup my order. I pulled up to the speaker to let them know I was here. I waited and waited. Then all of a sudden a worker came out of back door and hollered the store was closed on . I asked him how to get my money back. He said he didn't care

Would highly not recommend going here. They are literally open but they will let you sit in the drive thru And pretend like they’re closed until you go away. Google says they stay open until midnight and at 9:26 they locked the doors but all the lights are still on the drive-through is still on and there is people inside they just choose to ignore you

Literally the worst Taco Bell EVER! The staff is rude and unorganized. The store smells like weed. They pay more attention to their conversation than the customers. The girl that took my order was rude messed up my whole order. They close before closing time all the time. Needs whole new staff.
