This was a KFC/TACO Bell fast food restaurant. Went to get burritos from Taco Bell menu. Was told they were doing a shift change and no Taco Bell food was available. I thought this was ridiculous! I find many fast food restaurants in my area have lazy employees who don't realize they wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for the public. This restaurant not only lost my business for the day, but probably for life!

11/19/25 update - I went through the drive thru last night and, as usual, there are friendly attitudes, and good food. The people at this Taco Bell have been pretty much the same helpful/good/positive crew for eight years now (see my original post below.) How is that possible, THESE DAYS? I do generally go late night from 9PM-3AM, and I'm reviewing only the 5414 New Cut location.

Whatever formula/strategy/guiding principals that this Taco Bell location has had in play for the better part of a decade needs to be studied, and repeated all over the place. I haven't done enough digging to understand if it's handed down from a consistent ownership/partner level, or it is on-the-ground long-term management staff.

Regardless, well done people! Keep up the good work!

Don't order on the app, I've been on the phone 1 and a half hrs with doordash and taco bell who blamed each other. Doordash finally fixed it but that almost 2 hours of my life I'll never get back!! Taco bell was rude and hung up on me when I tried to figure out how to fix it or get my $40.00 back!!

Dinner for the family, missing food seen it after coming home. Called the store. Taco belllll!! me: I’m missing food! Ohhh ok! Make it I’m on my way from my house to get it! Okeyyy! No apologies for the mistake they made ( we all make them but we try to make them right when we do) these guys didn’t absolutely care. I get food for the kids there once a week and I will not spend a single penny there anymore!
