10/10!!!! As a chubby person we know a good food truck from a bad one!!! And this one hits every dag on time!!!!! I’m at work right now ready to get off and head there ASAP!!! And for whomever gives this place a bad review, I hope you stub your toe!!!!
I just moved in down the street from there. I noticed it's always busy when I go by there. So I decided to try their food out. I ordered a ground beef supreme taco. It was great and their staff are very friendly. Will definitely be going back there.
Absolutely my favorite tacos in Louisville. Several different proteins serves either with cilantro and onions or tomato and lettuce. Always flavorful, served hot wrapped in foil, and their jalapeno sauce is the best I've had though it can range from warm to hot depending on season.
Usually less than 10 minute wait and every order I've placed has been correct.
Being a taco trailer in a gas station parking lot may not scream ambiance or eat here, but...
