A group of us visited here and were shocked at the quality of food and service. Poorly managed and a disgrace in terms of food quality. 2 in our party that ordered the same entree got food poisoning. We had no choice but to report this to the PHI. Your main responsibility is the safety of your guests, spoiled and contaminated food could potentially kill guests. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I have been here several times now and have never had less than a stellar experience. The staff is always attentive and kind and the food is phenomenal.

There are many amazing Indian restaurants in Louisville that I feel like you cannot miss, this is one of them. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive and the food is always delicious and delivered promptly and fresh!

My favorite dishes here are on the back of the menu top right, Lamb Rogan Josh or Lahori Style Goat Curry, that being said anything with a chef's hat is guaranteed to be out of this world.

Fair warning spice levels 4-5 are no joke, I've had to bow out even though I love spicy foods. The bullet nann is also extremely powerful!

Waited for 20mins for someone to take order and then they say Thalis are completed, worst service, I go every week there but from last three times the service was very poor, no one comes for taking order we need to call them for taking order.

Allinone All

I was really disappointed with the customer service at Tandoori Fusion. When we arrived around 9 PM, the staff was unwilling to take our order, which was surprising for a restaurant still open at that time. The person taking orders had a rude attitude, making the experience unpleasant. Additionally, a particular staff member, who seemed to be in charge, was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. If the owner wants to maintain a good customer base, they should ensure their staff is trained to be respectful and welcoming. A little courtesy goes a long way in the hospitality industry.

If in Louisville, this is a must try. We had chicken biryani and chicken lollipop which were outstanding. We also ordered some chaat which was also yum.

Just might be our new favorite Indian restaurant in town. My wife loves Chicken Saag and she said it’s by far her favorite she’s had.

I got the fusion style noodles and SO SO good! Great flavor and spice. We will be back.

We tried the goat briyani, paneer tiki masala, butter chicken and a vegetable curry that was the special of the day. We tried spice level 2-3 and it was really enjoyable!! We also tried the cilantro naan and chicken tikki naan but preferred the plain cilantro one. The robots bringing food was cool to see and staff were fabulous. Enjoyed very much and lots of leftovers!

Loved every dish I had here. We ordered Mughlai chicken Biryani, Dosa and Chettinad chicken. Anyone visiting this place should try their spicy chettinad chicken curry with white rice. Ambience and service is great. Staff noted our customization for spice level of food that was served exactly how we needed.
