Taqueria La Xoyita

We loved this food truck! My fiancé got an al pastor burrito and I got a carne asada burrito. Both were delicious. As a Californian, this is the best Mexican food I’ve had in Louisville yet. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is our second time here. Can say without a doubt, this is one of the best options for Hispanic food.Their tacos are ridiculous, and the burritos are super good.We haven't tried the chuchitos or the empanadas yet, but they're on the list! (They only sell chuchitos Fri-Sun)We've talked with both people in the trailer, they were both super friendly and helpful with menu items. Btw, Xoyita is pronounced "shoy-eat-a".Why they don't have a line down Hurstbourne for miles, is beyond me.
