It would be wonderful if their website was updated. We came to Louisville for the night w grandkids to visit 4th street and promised them this as their evening entertainment before Louisville slugger in the morning. Walked all the way down there from hotel and couldn’t get in because the entire establishment was closed for a private event !

This place is a gem, servin' up tasty bar and grill bites that'll make your taste buds sing. The loaded fries and juicy burgers are a must-try. Could be fun except the upstairs part is closed and they don’t have bowling or pool on the first floor even though it’s open. The place doesn’t want to make any money. Failing Buisness. The staff was super nice…I blame ownership and management.

Found them on Google Maps with hours of opened till 3 AM. We arrived at 12 AM and they were closed!!!!! :/ first Friday night in Louisville- will never be back! Read through their reviews … this seems to be an ongoing issue of false hours posted.

I don't know if it's permanently closed but the hours posted on the door are totally wrong!
Sign says they open at 4pm, at 4;30 doors were still locked but staff was inside. Tried calling but no answer so who knows if they are in business or not

So working as a delivery driver for Postmates I just had the worst experience with any type of customer service experience I've ever had not only did they give my customers food out they seem to be not concerned at all the the bartender working in the late evening was a white female with blonde highlights in her hair and she was rude from the jump when I told reminded her I was out waiting on a Postmates order she said it will be ready when it's ready although I was only trying to ask for water while I waited the service all around was just terrible and now I have an unsatisfied customer after waiting 30 minutes just to find out they gave my customers order out I will be contacting management and I will update this review to let everybody know how management handled this situation
