I normally have a great time at Texas Roadhouse.But last night june seventeenth my husband and I went and it was a pretty bad experience. For 1 hour stakes, we're not done. We had to send them back and when I cut into my steak. I cut mine into 3 pieces to make sure it was done. My husband cut his into 2 pieces and when they brought them back. A big piece of my steak was not there.. Now, like I said, we normally have a great time there with no problems.My husband and I go maybe twice a week and we never have any problems , but on june seventeenth , we had this bad experience. But needless to say, we will return to Texas road.As we normally do and hopefully , we will have better experiences there. Texas roadhouse is One of our favorite restaurants

Tonight, I may have just placed my LAST take-out order with this Texas Roadhouse. In addition to the $6 tip, I paid $29.67 for my meal. The salad was only lettuce, two croutons, and cheese. The meal included a horrible, overcooked, old-tasting, reheated, brown (instead of white) baked potato. While the steak was ordered to be cooked to a “medium” temperature, the outside of the steak was crunchy, and the inside was cooked to a well-done temperature.

The server (bartender) provided excellent service.

Since I know this restaurant provides much better food to their dine-in customers, take-out orders are now a thing of the past for me. When I need a take-out/pick-up order I will go to places that take better care of all their customers, not just those that can send low-quality food back to the kitchen.

This location gets really busy so prepare yourself in advance and join the waitlist. Some staff are nice and helpful, some are not. This location really needs some work.

Despite the understandable 2 hour+ wait as it was Valentines Day, everything else was going fine until my date had the unpleasant surprise of a long dark hair in the loaded baked potato. We informed the server, who promptly apologized and brought out another potato. Beyond that, nothing else was said. Usually, the manager visits the table and offers an item comp, or at least acknowledges the opportunity for a coachable moment in the kitchen. Instead, nothing. My date took the potato to go, it still sits in the fridge.

Server waited over 10 minutes after food came out to confirm that items were missing and left my coke empty for 90% of the meal. Abandoned with check until I left a 40% tip on the table because I was mentally done waiting for my sever to come take payment. Foods good, service is bad. Can’t say I’m inspired to return based on the service I received.
