Long wait for food. Raw salmon, dirty tables. Core in my salad no refill from waitress. My take home order was terrible soggy fries. Don’t waste your money.

Food is just like every other TGI's. But the hostess has this super "I hate my Job and everything about it" energy as soon as you walk in.

I ordered my phone online, and I gave them a call about something of my order. When I had pressed one, it said something about them doing order or something I don't know.I've been trying to talk to someone on the phone for the last half an hour. It's just kept ringing and then hanging up. And when I talk to someone when I press number one, they transferred me, but still didn't do anything. I'm saying this, cuz even if I didn't order anything online. Maybe I was calling for a different reason. Still, the way that service is when I'm trying to call is very poor. And it seems like the number that's on there is to the company, not the restaurant

The place was empty, and I didn't think anyone was going to seat us. Waited at least 20 mins. I would have left if it hadn't been for a few members in our party.

As an actual Louisville local, and not just a tourist on 4th Street Live, a friend and I decided to take the trip downtown to take advantage of the Monday 50 cent wing promotion that has been advertised lately. And this being the only Fridays for 100 miles, 4th Street Live was our only option. Word to the wise, this location does NOT participate in any national promotions whatsoever. So do not waste your time going to this place if you are expecting to partake in any of the promotions you see a commercial for. We ended up just ordering a spinach dip, that was luke warm at best and took 20 minutes somehow when we were 2 of 4 people in the entire restaurant. We ate some of our spin dip and left to go to a local restaurant downtown.

Stopped in during lunch time on 4/18. It was slow and I only had to wait two or three minutes to be greeted by the bartender and escorted to her section. I ordered water and coke zero and those things were fine. For lunch I had a soup (white cheddar broccoli) and salad (side house) combo. Salad was presented beautifullly with all the accoutrements chopped and places beautifully on the lettuce. However once I began digging in I noticed more than a few pieces of the lettuce were wilted and browning. Yuck!Soup was tasty but only warm. Service was satisfactory, nothing "stand out" about it, although I presume it was the bartender/servers birthday bc she had a ribbon button with a few dollars pinned to her shirt. Paid $3 for a single glass of soda, as I was never offered a refill or one to-go. I don't expect over the top charisma but she lacked a certain enthusiasm for it to only be Noon and for her to be low-key pandering for bday tips. Maybe I'll try this store again in a few more years.

I had never had such a bad experience, the food had no flavor or presentation at all, the waitress was rude, it took me more than 40 minutes for a plate of Salmon to arrive because I asked for it and everyone had already finished, I wanted to order more comfortably and drinks and I had to When I got up to look for her, I found her a few tables next to her sitting on her cell phone, there was no manager there who could see the bad service they offer. 200dls badly invested. I don't recommend it at all. Very expensive and very bad
Chips were served with a live fly. Manager still made us pay. Went to Taco Bell.

Extremely slow service and they don’t honor nationally advertised offers. I’ve never been in an establishment where the bar is left unattended for such long periods of time.
Just stop by for some boneless wings while my husband watches the game and drinks a few beers long story short I usually don't complain because I'm a server myself the waitress was nice but bought the bone in wings instead the boneless I ordered when I got my boneless Buffalo wing they was cold and hard I mean as a rock like they been sitting in the window all day I've given the tgi Friday a few chances but this will be the last time I'll support this business
