Let’s just say we were impressed. First time hosting our work Christmas party at this location and we were beyond pleased. The food and atmosphere were great but the service was PHENOMENAL. Kelsey M was amazing. Hosting for 25 people can usually be last luster when it comes to service but not the case with her. She did the job of 4 people and handled it without a skip of a beat. She was impressive. We need more people in the service industry like her. Way to go BA you all have a good one! We will be calling to book next years event with you all next week.
Sincerely
Big O team!

The last two times I’ve been there the place was closing up to two hours early and I did not get served. Not making the drive there anymore.

Went in on our hour lunch today. They were unfortunately understaffed so an employee, Jen who worked in the back took it upon herself to help seat, buss tables and take drink orders to help out the other great server working!

The service was extremely slow, food was small portions and very pricey! Hamburgers look like they come from McDonald’s and chicken sandwich was very thin!
Parking: Not enough parking spaces

Was so disappointed, food was barely warm , bacon was so burnt you could smell it and they still sent it out like that.

Just left there 20 mins ago. Asked to be sat on the patio and were sat right away. Sat out there for 20 mins and no service. Not even a look in our direction or acknowledgement of any kind. Went back inside and told the hostess, who had totally forgotten who I was ( had to show her where she sat us jist 20 mins ago),that no one had came to our table. She said, "I'll check on that". 10 more minutes later, still no acknowledgement. Inside and patio was about half full.
I love to support local business as I myself work at one. The difference between a local business and a chain has to be service. They have none.
Instead we took the trip out to Gorilla Bob's Grub Shack and got a Philly Cheese Steak and a Hot Brown (that took only 10 mins)that I'm betting is much better than theirs.

The food was great and the location near Iroquois Park was perfect for us. We had to park on the street because the lot was full and there was a bit of a wait for a table, but I recommend eating here if you're in the area.

Ran out of chicken nuggets before I had even one. Did replenish once but before I had the opportunity to get any. Needs to plan better on food service. The place was great, just not service.
Cool aesthetics and location but disappointed in food. Went on a Saturday and got two cheesesteak meals and an appetizer . The lady working was nice and great server but the food was bland and unseasoned . The loaded tots appetizer was good but the cheese steaks tasted like air and grease . It was a waste of money and makes me question returning . I think they should put the melted cheese they use for the tots on the Philly . Hopefully it was a one off thing but I ate three bites and left the rest.

Floor was so sticky my shoe came off! Food was ok at best and the staff seemed annoyed that we were there.
Deviled eggs were the best thing in the menu and they tasted like the ones I get at Midwest family reunions.
