Visited this location of Comfy Cow when I was in Louisville a couple of weeks ago and noticed they had rave reviews for their vegan ice cream options. I absolutely agree, the Coffee Cookie Crunch (vegan) was some of *the best*, if not the best, vegan ice cream I have had. Absolutely delicious. I'm knocking off one star from my review for service. The employee taking my order was clearly on the phone, on a personal call on her ear buds, which made it confusing to recognize...
I had moved and it had been a few years since I had been here. I came to get peanut butter pie. Unfortunately they no longer offer that. The worker suggested something else that had peanut butter ribbon in it. It was FANTASTIC! Please bring back peanut butter pie.
The ice cream here is delicious but the facility is filthy. There is thick dust on the light fixtures that hang over the tables where you eat and the bathrooms are disgusting. Don’t look at the floor in the food prep area. It’s sad that a local business owner would allow their place to be in this condition.
