Loved the ambiance of the Igloo. Our server Kylie was amazing! Amazing personality, very knowledgeable of the menu. Most attentive server we've had in a long time. Food was good but very limited menu. Would've liked having more oprions. We easily met our $300 minimum and gratuity was added.

Went for a special occasion to celebrate a birthday and enjoy some kid free adult time. The pictures on the web site looked very welcoming and had the perfect ambiance, however when we arrived to our igloo it was nothing like the web site pictures portrayed. Inside there was a patio table with 6 patio chairs, a couple blankets laid across the chairs and a few decorations on the table. Big disappointment as we were expecting what you see on the web site, I even looked at a few of the other igloos and they were set up the same way. Our server was amazing and she took great care of us, we ordered the charcuterie board for 4 which is way over priced for what you receive. I can say that we have been there and done that but would not recommend as you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere.

Great experience overall! Some of the food is a bit overpriced ($35 for 12 marshmallows, 2 pieces of Hersheys chocolate, and 4 graham crackers - for example) but the ambience, service, and attention to detail outshines that issue

I booked for my husband and two kids to dine in an igloo but when we arrived they shared that there was a $250 minimum. It was not clear when booking the reservation, which was incredibly frustrating. With it being our “mistake” we decided to continue with the dining experience since our kids were so excited to eat in the igloo. The service was good as well as the s'more board but other than that everything else was terrible. I hate to be a harsh critic, but we barely ate or drank anything. We got dirty martinis, and they were so salty and tasted like they were mixed with olive oil and not quality vodka. The kale and artichoke dip tasted burnt. The pizzas had a char on the outside, but the rest of the pizza was very limp/underdone and it was also finished with way too much salt. The salad had great flavor, but the lettuce had no crunch as if it was tossed earlier in the day. The shrimp and grits had really good flavor, but the shrimp was so overcooked that the texture was rubbery and the grits were not cooked properly to the point they were just lumpy. We hate sending food back and complaining but we will definitely not be returning.

Our server Kylie made the night amazing for my friends and I. The restaurant has an “elevated menu” on the website that is not offered anymore, so that was an unpleasant surprise. The food was just OK. The igloo was fun for us.

The outdoor igloo ambience was fun! Food was ok but nothing to rave about. Was a one time experience, wouldn't pay the $$$$ for it a second time around. Our server Iz was fabulous!

rude customer service and long waiting time

Good food I was expecting more level for be part of the Hilton but was ok. We get a Igloo and the experience was good, had a heater and the lights looks really beautiful at night. But the carpet was really dirty, with food on it and the glasses of wine had napkin scraps. So I have mixed emotions about repeat it.

We chose igloo dining and the set up was amazing BUT the food was NOT - the only offer the lounge menu so not sure of the other options but I will not go back “for igloo dining” because of the menu options. The appetizers were pretty good but my actual meal was lacking major flavor - the service was not AWFUL but also not great.

It was a fun experience, we had a date night on Valentine's Day. I think it is better suited for 4+ people though. I didn't mind having to spend a minimum amount, but it was a little more difficult with just 2 people as opposed to having more - mainly because the menu isn't as expansive as I thought it would be. The drink menu was amazing though, there were so many options. The service was great, too - we didn't feel rushed and our server was very nice. But with the minimum amount to spend on 2 people, we ordered 2 apps, 2 entrees, 2 desserts, 3 beverages, and we weren't close. I ended up ordering a whole extra entree to carry out and tipped $50+ and we just barely made it. But again, if there were more people, this wouldn't be an issue. I would come back with a group but not on a date. Great atmosphere and loved the view from the rooftop. And I like that each igloo had its own theme, very cute. Oh and I liked that there was an electric fireplace inside the igloo as well. It wasn't too cold that evening but still glad I didn't have to eat dinner while wearing a coat.

The igloos were neat but service to them was very slow. The igloo door wasn't zipping well so it got cold out there despite having a small heater. There were card games to play which was a nice touch. Nice to try once but don't think we will go again.

Reserved an igloo for a birthday party. Very nice and decorated pretty but smaller than expected (you cannot stand up fully inside). Also expected it to be heated but it is NOT. There was a fake fireplace inside but no actual heater. Had to wear our winter coats and use blankets (provided by the restaurant which was nice) but a heater would've been better especially for the money spent.

I really enjoyed our igloo experience. Very quiet and secluded environment. The food and drinks were not overpriced and tasted excellent. Waiter was also very respect and on top of it.

The food was okay. Service was lacking z for the amount of Mi eh spent our expectations were higher than say what I may expect at an O'Charley's. Sadly disappointed. We won't be back to dine, maybe for cocktails before an event, but we'll find another place to eat.
