I may have just been real unlucky, but everything seemed to go wrong on my visit. I came here with my wife after Valentines day for mimosas + crafts.
I picked the concrete plant pot for my craft, which had outdated instructions so I made the pot incorrectly the first time. A staff member (all of which were kind) made a second pot for me, but the bottom never dried properly for whatever reason and ended up cracking and falling apart. A third pot was provided, at least, and they comped my craft which was nice. The pot was supposed to come with a succulent, which they were out of, something I was not told when I selected the pot as my craft.
I can see the appeal of this concept but it was not executed super well during my time here. My wife had a better time, at least, and the drinks were reasonably priced.

I love the concept of this bar, and am looking forward to having my birthday party here in a few weeks.
My only thing of note was that I had to ask via email if I could bring my own crafts, that was not said (let alone encouraged) on their website. It seems the business model of Craftery Bar is focused on selling the craft projects. I feel the bar aspect is not the focus of their model. I understand why, I just feel that knowing that going in, would have given more different expectations, thus this review.
If you love paint and wine classes, but wish you could do other crafts, this is the place for you!
For context to this review as well, I did go on a Wednesday night, maybe the environment would be different on a Saturday. It seemed it was date night and I was the fifth wheel 😅

Poor experience. Waited an hour for beverages and crafts. No assistance offered. Out of the 2 stain colors I wanted. Had to ask for my stencil. Understaffed and overpriced.

We had a reservation for a group of 8, and expected to have someone to assist us with our drafts, and to have timely bar service. We did not have any drinks or craft materials for an hour after we arrived, I never received any instructions on how to complete my craft, most of the dryers did not work, and no one came to check on our group to see if we needed anything. They were completely unprepared and frankly not very helpful. While my craft did turn out ok, others in my group never even finished theirs. We left in frustration. It was disappointing, to say the least, and it was an expensive experience.

We were so very disappointed with our experience.I will preface by saying we visited during the NuLu Jingle Fest, however with a reservation you would have thought all would be good. We were so excited to make this part of our annual girls weekend. We made reservations early since we were a group of 8. We were there on time, but yet waited an hour before we were given our supplies. We ordered drinks that came at odd, long intervals. Our server said she was helping our table yet we saw her only once to bring supplies. When we discovered we were missing supplies we had to chase folks down to get what we needed. We were disappointed that people continued to pour in throughout what we thought was a reservations only session. And after 3 hours several of us didn’t even finish our project. We paid between $30-$60 each for projects. While I would like to be able to say we would try again, I seriously doubt I will be able to convince anyone in our group to try it again.

Complete shitshow. Had a 3:00 time slot and at 4:00 we still didn’t have our drinks or our craft supplies. Once we started, pieces were missing and broken, and markers didn’t work. Would not recommend!!

Went there for a work event with my office!!! We had a great time. We laughed had drinks and all made something cute!!! Will definitely be back to do more crafts. Get the sweater weather sangria it comes in a cute plastic pouch like a juice box!!!!
