I have brought my club volleyball teams here for the past three years. The staff is amazing and the girls LOVE it!! They get to make a team bracelet and visit with each other. The mall area is amazing too!!

For the most part the overall experience was nice. I enjoyed a night of crafting with friends, and while yes you can probably do it at home for cheaper you’re paying for an experience so I was comfortable paying the prices.However, that being said, the first staff member (woman with long green hair) we had made our first half of the evening not that enjoyable. She was quite rude and seemed annoyed by anything we asked. We tried to ask for her recommendation on which craft or even what colors were popular for different paintings/embroidery crafts or even simply what colors were available and were met with a “just chose from the rainbow”. 3/5 of us chose the embroidery and we each received different items in our craft buckets, and one didn’t receive any of her string. And then we never saw her again.The second staff member (short dark hair) made the world of difference. Was kind, patient and even allowed us to finish after our time was up. They helped get the missing items we didn’t receive in our craft bucket and checked in periodically for anything needed. Would love to go back and get the full experience with them instead.

amazing! my partner and i did the slip on bracelets and it was amazing! super easy, pretty fast, super cute outcome. the person helping us was amazing, the vibes were great, and there was a little girl (~5) helping her 2 grown ups do a project, so fun for all ages!

The concept was overplayed, one pays to craft their ornament or project when one can easily go to hobby lobby or Lowe’s for cheaper to craft. I would recommend instead a simple YouTube video for a self crafting and save time and money.

Absolutely incredible experience! The atmosphere is wonderfully calming, and they provide all the instructions you need for your craft. If you require any extra assistance, the staff is readily available and willing to help. It's truly a fantastic place.This place is good for a date night also.

i came to here after visiting a very similar place in colombus ohio. i had high hopes it would be similar and i was met with mixed results. my main complaint is my friend made the id wallet and her needle broke three times, preventing her from finishing. they replaced the needle every time but didn't do anything more than help. i know that there are special needles for leather and i didn't expect closely, but it didn't look like that's what they used. this is the main reason they lost two stars, she payed for a craft she couldn't even finish. i made bookmarks and had a great time! unfortunately they're stamping kits for letters were both missing letters so i couldn't use the same font for them. besides that, everyone was very nice and always answered our questions with a smile!
