I had made a reservation for standard seating and when we got there, we were sat outside in November. When our server Daniel came out to get our drink orders, I told him that this is not what I made the reservation for and told him that the hostess had said there was nothing they could do because they were overbooked. Daniel immediately took care of it, got us sat inside and then was able to be our server for the rest of the evening. He took great care of us and saved our night...
