I am in from out of town and we planned to eat dinner and then pick up something from here since we heard good things. We got there tonight at 8:50 and the doors were locked despite it saying it was open until 9pm. There was a guy in there with the lights on but he wouldn't look up at the door. Very disappointed. We are going to have to find a different place to visit tomorrow.

We met David who was super nice. God’s love shined through his smile. We are from Florida ..this is our first visit to Louisville..and I kept noticing how the people we encountered throughout the city didn’t really smile and were standoff-ish. Not the case with this establishment. The service was outstanding and the sweets were delish. Thanks for the first “welcoming” experience so far in Louisville. May God continue to bless you and your wife of 40 years. Until we meet again❤️

Fudge was so hard the server broke the spoon trying to get a taste sample. Poor tasting, hard and very grainy texture.Ended up getting turtles. 2 layers of pecans which was nice, but had so much salt they were practically white. Caramel also had a grainy texture. Could not even finish it.Fun looking place and the servers were friendly, but the food was not good.

Walked to the door at 9:45 when they close at 10 and were turned away (rudely) because they were “closed.” I would be a lot more understanding if this was a sit down restaurant but they serve ice cream and premade sweets which takes no longer than 5-10 minutes to order and receive the order. If you close at 9:45 put that as your hours, otherwise it’s just bad service.

This place can get very busy. Yes- it can be pricey since it's downtown. But the ice-cream is delicious when it's summer- this place is one of the places to be. Be prepared to wait a while when it is hot. No places to sit you will have to take it outside.Parking: There is a lot of parking lots around that you can park at, there is also street parking that may be easy/difficult to find depending the time of year you go

There were only two people to serve , Friday night. Both women managed the crowd pretty fast, with patience and smiles. Kudos to them !Ice cream flavors and taste - mediocre. Nothing specialYet to try the dipped apples

The owner of this business is one of the nicest ppl I’ve encountered in a very long time. I would give this place a 10/10 just because of the friendliness of the owner and the time he took out of his day to help me.

Wow! Wow! Wow! My new favorite ice cream flavor - Cherry Nut - cherry ice cream (no lumpy cherry pieces) with pecans, almonds, cashews. Yum! Yum! Yum! I went four days in a row, but had to stop due to our Seminar. I did go one more time - ice cream for lunch works for me! Thank you to Carl, Jasmine and Evelyn for great service!

I was visiting from NY (where everything is better…sorry kentucky :P) and had one of the BEST desserts of my entire life!! It was a huge chocolate covered rice krispy treat with m&ms and it was the size of my head. It was DELICIOUS & super pretty looking :) when I come back, I’ll be back for this huge thing

One of the best parts of fourth street live. Price is comparable to other like spots. And they are fast.
